“No sleeping with the twins.” I aimed myfinger around the room. “We’re supposed to be good role models for the nextgeneration of troublemaking omega subs.”

Now I was the one who was getting nods likeI’d said something terribly important. But Bradley frowned. “Now, Austindoesn’t need to sleep with them, because really, he’s a terrible influence andI’m pretty sure Silas has his hands full, but the rest of us are good rolemodels. I’m a financial advisor.”

“Is that important?” I took another sip anddecided that he might be right. “Oh, maybe I’m not a good role model because Idon’t have a job.”

That was terribly sad.

I wanted to be a good role model.

Emotions welled up inside me, but before Icould start to cry, Austin crawled over and wrapped his arm around me. “No,you’re a great role model because you don’t have a job. You show that…that…”

He stopped and waved his hand at Dakota.“Word boy. What do I want to say?”

Dakota snorted but finished Austin’s lecture. He liked to talk when he was drunk. “You’re reminding him that there are aconsiderable variety of submissives and forms of submission and omegas ingeneral. It’s imperative that the next generation sees that being virginalworld conquerors is not their only option in life.”

Huh?

Austin nodded so enthusiastically hewobbled, nearly toppling us both over. “Yes. But not the virginal part.Something like unsexualized. Is that a word? Like you can have sex, you justcan’t like it. Dissexualized?”

“Dedesireified?” Dakota looked like hecould have kept going, but Tanner threw a pillow at him.

“We’re not making up words.” He took a sipof the moonshine Austin had poured in his drink. “Oh, this is good. The vanillain whatever you gave me earlier makes it taste like apple pie and ice cream.”

“Oh, ice cream.” Had that been what I wasgoing to say earlier? “Do you have ice cream?”

Austin looked toward the tiny kitchen inthe pool house, shrugging. “It’s a very long way away. I can’t see.”

Long way away…long time away…oh, long timeago. “I remembered.”

Tanner looked confused. “What did youforget?”

“What I was going to say.” I waved my hand.“Earlier…somewhere.”

“What was it?” Austin gave my head a patlike I’d done a good job.

“Dakota, you need to write me fairy tales.Dirty ones.” I nodded excitedly when his head popped up. “Griffin can carry melike a knight but fairy tales were always…gruesome or boring. I want happilyever after that comes with kinky sex.”

“And has sex in the middle, please.” Austinleaned across me, getting closer to Dakota. “And can some of them havefascinating kinks in them?”

“Yes.” It was my turn to give Austin a paton the head. “The boys would like that. They need fairy tales that they canrelate to. That’s important when you’re growing up.”

Wasn’t it?

Dakota’s brows pulled together. “What dothey like? If it has to be something they can relate to then what does it needto be about?”

“Oh. Um.” I looked around the room.“Austin. They like Austin.”

He beamed but Dakota snorted. “I’m notwriting a fairy tale about a prince in dresses that drives everyone insane.”

“But they like Austin’s dresses and I thinkone of them…they look too much alike. One of them…oh yes, one of them mightlike panties too.” Which one?

“Because panties are the best.” Austinnodded like he was right and we were all peasants. “I shall educate them andtake them under my wing.”

“Wing? Wings?” Dakota looked around theroom. “Shouldn’t it be wings because if he only had one, what would he do withit?”

“Use it like an umbrella? Isn’t that whatthat means, anyway?” Jonah took another drink of his moonshine. “Yes, thatwould look…yes, I like that…”

He got a faraway look and slid off hischair so he could get closer to Dakota. It looked like Jonah was going in for ahug, but he started patting Dakota down instead. “Do you have paper?”
