She shook her head at his question.

“No, it’s perfect. Everything that I had ever thought or possibly dreamed of is right here in this room.”

Letting out a whoosh of air, Miles walked over and gathered her in his arms.

“I never thought that this would exist outside of the books I read. It always felt silly to dream about being a Little and having a Daddy and nursery to call mine, but that’s exactly what you are giving me right here.”

He pressed a kiss on her forehead. He wanted nothing more than to make her dreams come true and this was a step in that direction.

“Go explore, Little one. Daddy will be right over there.”

Miles settled into the rocker in the corner of the room and watched Olivia continue her exploration.

He watched her sit in front of the bookshelf. She reached out and started to run her fingers across the spines of thebooks.

“I have read a lot of these already, but there’s so many here that I haven’t seen before.”

“Good. Just means that Daddy can read them to you sometime.”

She gave him a beautiful grin before crawling over to the toy box. Opening the lid, she began pulling out different toys oohing and ahhing at every one of them she pulled out.

“Would you like to play with something there?”

He watched her bite her lip at his question. Standing up, Miles made his way to her and squatted down to her level before and freeing her lip from between her teeth.

“No biting. Tell Daddy what you want to do.”

“Can we play with the blocks? I loved playing with them growing up. I want to build the biggest castle ever.”

Running his hand over her head, Miles settled beside her and started to pull out the blocks for them to play with.

Miles was pleased to watch her shoulders relax and all the worries seemed to melt off her beautiful face. Any lingering worries that he had about her being a Little faded at the sight.

They continued to play for a few hours before Miles slipped out of the room to go make her a light snack and fill a water cup. He decided to test another limit with her and pulled out the Little plate and sippy cup that he had in the cabinet.

Putting some peanut butter and a chopped up apple on the ladybug decorated plate Miles filled the matching sippy cup and started making his way back towards the nursery. The buzzing of a phone stopped him short before he walked down the hallway.

Noting that it was Olivia’s phone, Miles grabbed it thinking that it might be important. The screen woke and what he saw made his heart drop.

Unknown: Now Cassidy, it’s naughty to ignore my phone calls. You will pay for that little stunt dearly.

It buzzed again with another text.

Unknown: Continue to run and hide. It’s fine, but just know you will never be safe and that I’m always watching. Waiting for my moment to take back what is mine.

Miles dropped the phone back on the table. Schooling the avalanche of emotions that he felt within, he headed back into the nursery and placed the plate and sippy on the floor beside her.

Sitting back in the rocking chair, Miles continued to watch over Liv as he formulated a plan in his head. No one was going to harm his Little girl and he would make sure of it.

Miles wassurprised that Liv played all afternoon without a care in the world. As the evening was nearing, he knew that it was important for her to ease back out of Littlespace before traveling back home to prepare for her week ahead.

“Okay, Little Bunny. Daddy needs you to clean up the toys now. It’s time to go have dinner.”

“No, thank you. You can go though. I know that old people need to eat on a regular schedule.”

His eyebrow rose at her ignoring his direction. It seems that his Little girl was a sassy little thing when in Littlespace.

“That wasn’t a suggestion, Bunny. Pick up your toys now, please.”
