“What the fuck?” Xavier spat, crossing his arms. “How the hell did he even find out? Cindy and Sandy sent the picture in our private group chat.”

Olivia glared at Bruno as she pointed her finger at him. “We were all here together except for you Bruno.” She looked up at me. “I don’t know baby. Something seems a bit fishy.”

Bruno’s eye shot daggers at Olivia, but I could see the hint of terror behind them. I stared at him waiting for a response, but it never came. A dead giveaway that he was guilty. Allowing the rage to take over me, I pulled my gun out of my top drawer and shot him in the stomach. He flew back and hit the ground causing Xavier to jump up off of the couch. Bruno held onto his abdomen, dark blood oozing between his fingers as he cursed.

“You and Jerome’s bitch ass had one damn job. Keep Addison’s ass in line and don’t let another nigga in her face. Not only did you two fail, but now her bitch ass is married. I let you slide before Bruno when Addison was sneaking out with her friend to work, but I don’t do second chances. I for damn sure don’t do rats in the Cobras.”

Bruno coughed up blood as he laughed hysterically. “Mr. Omba knew he couldn’t trust you. The moment I saw that picture and marriage certificate, I made sure he saw it. I may not have agreed with Seojun’s rules, but at least he wasn’t a slimy low down bitch nigga like you.”

I scoffed before putting another bullet in between his eyes. Olivia shook her head as she spit on Bruno’s body before lighting a blunt. I opened the call log on my phone and dialed Mama K’s number.

“What do we do?” I asked when she picked up.

“I’m thinking! This Addison bitch has royally fucked us! I’ve been working on this damn plan for years. Ever since my brother turned me down to run the damn Jaguars, I’ve been working to get rid of all of them. Screw it! I’m boarding the plane and will be down there in a few hours. Get all of your men together and we’ll slaughter them all.”

Chapter 33

Mama K (a.k.a.) Kim

Inever wanted to be Ayzo’s mom until my brother officially welcomed him into the Jaguars. I thought with him having his foot in the door, he’d allow me access to the power. I tried to be in with the Jaguar’s through my brother, but he didn’t want me or his wife apart of that life. He used to bitch that it was too dangerous, and we’d could get hurt. I mean, for his wife, yes. She was fragile and easily manipulated. Hell, it was her biggest flaw that got her caught up as being a damn junkie.

I, on the other hand, was strong and my brother knew that. Did my strong leadership skills and ability to physically protect myself help me prove that I could be a Jaguar? Nope. I despised my brother for it, but heavily trusted Ayzo to get me in. So, imagine my disappointment and anger when he started complainingthat he didn’t want to be a Jaguar anymore. My son was soft, just like his damn dad and that pissed me off.

I thought my chances to become a Jaguar was ruined until I met Luther. He was a crucial key to my master plan, but he spent the first few years of his life with deadbeat parents. Thankfully, I took him under my wing when I found him. His father, T, didn’t give a damn about him and his mother was dead. I was the only mother figure in his life and was going to use that to my advantage.

I made a deal with T that he could keep his son so that he could learn a bit about the streets. Luther did petty jobs here and there while I taught him the ins and outs of being a leader. I made sure he knew about his past which fueled his anger and motivated him to stick with my plan to get our revenge. Now, everything was messed up all because of that little bitch, Addison. My phone began to ring causing me to roll my eyes.

“What is it, Delilah?”

“Where’s the rest of my money?”

“Bitch, don’t call me with no stupid shit. I told you, once Addison was shipped out, then you’d get your money. However, it seems like your daughter has fucked that all up.”

“What are you talking about?”

“Well, it seems like she married the ex leader of the Jaguars.”

“What? How the fuck did she know about the Jaguars and their deal with the Reapers? I never told her shit, and my mom is too senile to remember the agreement my dad made all of those years ago.”

“How the fuck should I know?”

Delilah exhaled a heavy sigh. “Look, at the end of the day, I held up my end of the bargain. I told y’all about the Reapers and where to find Addison. Just because she fucked it up for yall, doesn’t mean shit to me. I still need my money.”

I looked at my phone in disgust. Okay, so maybe it was her idea to go after her daughter, but right now that didn’t mean shit. I didn’t tell her to spill out her frustrations about her dad with me a few years ago at a bar. You see, her mother was just diagnosed with dementia and her father was already deceased. Delilah explained to me that she was under the impression that her mother was still in charge of the Reapers and she would eventually take over once her sickness became worse. Unfortunately, she later learned that wasn’t the case.

She found out that her father had left the Reapers with someone else. I remembered comforting her because I could understand her frustration. I was damn near in the same boat. However, when I learned that her dad decided to pass down the group to a new powerful man up north, my interest was peaked. At the time, there was only one man who was running the north. I couldn’t help but smile when she said that it was no one other than my brother, Chul-Moo, that had taken over. At that moment, the wheels in my head were in motion and my plan was being formed.

I would use Luther to officially get rid of the Jaguars which would ultimately get rid of the Reapers. However, in order to complete that task, we would need start up money. A lot of it. We were already working with Mr. Omba, so the fact that he wanted a untouched bride for himself, was the icing on the cake. So, Delilah agreed to give us her daughter’s location who was still a virgin as long as she got a cut of the money. I texted Olivia to check out Addison’s school and to be on the look out. I didn’t exactly trust Delilah. Thankfully she was tellingthe truth and we found Addison. Unfortunately for her, her daughter ruined the plan.

“Delilah, get your bitch ass off of my phone. The deal is off. I’m not paying you shit and if you have a problem with that, then I’m heading to Philly now and we can solve it.”

With that, I hung up the phone.

Chapter 34

Seojun

Istared between Ayzo, Denice, and Jay and waited for their response. I had just informed them everything that has happened and why I had Addison and her friend tied up in the warehouse. To see her on the phone with Cindy and Sandy had my anger boiling all over again. I thought Addison was different. I mean, being around her had me feeling a way that I hadn’t before. Even though we married out of convenience, I felt that we could make us work. I don’t know if it was love or lust, but either way, I wanted her to stick around. Unfortunately, she betrayed me.
