“As I’ll ever be.”

I take a handful of sprinkles and toss it over the whipped cream smiley face adorning Gage’s chest. I aim for the two whipped cream circles covering his nipples first, which make up the eyes of the smiley face. Then I toss a handful of sprinkles over the whipped cream mouth that runs along his washboard stomach.

He barely flinches as the sprinkles hit his body. He stares straight ahead with a smoldering scowl on his face. When I finish, he looks down. A grin splits his face, and the most satisfied feeling comes over me. It feels really, really good to make Gage smile.

“Wow. I look like a unicorn jizzed all over me.”

I almost fall over, I’m laughing so hard. The low rumble of Gage’s laugh sounds above me.

“I think that would make a pretty good caption for this video, don’t you?” he says.

I hold up a hand until I catch my breath. “No way. The Sweet Cheeks account would get banned for sure.”

I walk over to where his phone is set up and stop the video.

“How is it?” he asks.

“It’s perfect! People are gonna go crazy when I post it.”

He glances around. “Can I grab a towel or something from you?”

I look up, realizing that he must be eager to clean up. “Oh, right! Sorry.” I grab a stack of paper towels and hand it to him.

Yesterday we cleared the air over the phone. I expected us to take longer to get back to how we were, but things feel surprisingly natural between Gage and me. I was a nervous wreck, of course, up until the moment he walked into Sweet Cheeks, that easy smile on his face. He asked how busy the shop was, what flavors I was featuring for the day, normal conversation stuff. At that moment I felt completely at ease. It was exactly like Gage said: no big deal. We could move past our kiss and my moment of utter madness. We could be friends.

I even felt comfortable enough to suggest an idea for today’s TikTok video, which entailed him being shirtless and covered in whipped cream and sprinkles. And it didn’t feel weird at all.

While Gage cleans up, I upload the video to TikTok and add some effects.

“Wanna take a look?” I glance up at him and my eyes go wide at the sight of all the muscles in his chest and abs flexing as he reaches to toss the paper towels in the nearby trashcan.

“You okay?” he says with a smug half-smile.

I blink quickly and shake my head. “Yup. Fine. Totally fine.”

“Did I miss a spot?” he teases, gesturing to his bare chest.

“Nope. You did an excellent job cleaning yourself up.” My skin goes hot. I guess seeing muscles flex in real time triggered something in my lizard brain.

Gage chuckles as he pulls his T-shirt back on. Together we watch the slow-motion video of him standing still, a sexy scowl on his face, painted with a whipped cream smiley face. Rainbow sprinkles crash against his beautiful bare chest. In the background, a frenetic remix of a popular EDM song plays.

Gage reads the caption. “‘Taste the rainbow sprinkles.’ Nice.”

I upload the video, and my stomach does that familiar flip it always does when I upload a new video to Sweet Cheeks’ TikTok account.

“We’re so close to one hundred thousand followers,” I say as I scroll down the main page. “And it’s only been a few weeks of posting sexy videos with you. I honestly think half a million is possible.”

“Of course it’s possible.” He flashes that killer grin, the one that makes him look devilish and handsome all at once. I could swear I feel tingles in my tummy. I shake it off. He’s my friend. I really, really shouldn’t be getting tingles from looking at my friend.

He’s your friend who gave you one hell of an orgasm.

I shove aside that thought and refocus on the moment. That was a one-off. Gage and I are strictly friends now, and I shouldn’t be lumping him and orgasms in the same thought.

I start to clean up, then remember the ice cream flavors that I set aside for his cousin.

“Okay, so I’ve got cookies and cream, mint chocolate swirl, spice cake, s’more, and then—”

“Holy shit,” Gage mumbles.
