Brewing with the Mountain Man

I’m a park ranger sworn to enforce the law, but this rugged ex-con has me breaking all my rules.

Patrolling Montana’s forests is usually simple: protect the lands, keep locals and visitors safe, and investigate any violations in my jurisdiction.
It doesn’t include getting distracted by off-grid recluses who brew beer with huckleberries and truffles…harvested illegally. Especially if he’s got an unsavory past and looks like he could wrestle a grizzly and win.
He wants first prize in the brewing contest at the Deepwood Mountain Fall Festival. And I tell him he’s breaking the law.
