“Don’t worry.” I walked around the counterand gave them a quick hug, but I didn’t get away fast enough and someonepinched my ass. “Stop that.”
They both giggled and neither looked guiltyenough to have been the culprit, so it was hard to tell which to fuss at.“Shoo. I’ve got to get ready.”
“To just hang out with a buddy?” Ariglanced over at Seth. “Do you believe this?”
He shook his head and gave Ari an innocentlook. “No, but we have to pretend to so we don’t hurt his feelings.”
I couldn’t decide if I wanted to laugh orspank them both.
Which was probably what they were aimingfor.
“Don’t you two have dates or something youwere going to do?” I gestured toward the back door. “Go torment someunsuspecting alpha.”
Their giggles that time were dirty andAri’s grin was wicked. “Oh, we will, but that’s later.”
Seth patted my shoulder. “You’re moreimportant now.”

“Don’t burn anything down. I have to changeclothes.” Giving up on getting rid of them, I hurried upstairs and grabbed aquick shower. I didn’t put on anything outrageous, but the jeans were clean andmade my dick look great and the T-shirt stretched across my chest.
Dirty whistles and leers greeted me as Iheaded back downstairs.
“Now that’s what an alpha should looklike.” Seth’s teasing had me shaking my head and trying not to squirm.
“But do you think his dick needs to be abit bigger to really take advantage of those pants?” Ari seemed honestlyserious which made it hard to get offended since he was looking at me like Iwas a school project. “What are those people who make sure alphas in porn arealways ready to knot?”
“Fluffers.” Seth was excited to be able tohelp answer the question.

“If you think I’m going to be taken in bythat bullshit, you’ve got another think coming.” I clearly wasn’t stern enoughbecause they laughed.
“You bought it last week.” Seth turned toAri. “You used it again too soon. I told you, something like that needs to bespaced out for maximum efficiency.”
The doorbell was the only thing that savedthem.
“You two get ready to go.” Herding themtoward the door as they giggled, I did my best not to look frustrated ornervous. “Don’t embarrass me.”
I was smiling when I answered the door, butso was Wade, so I must not have been as quiet as I thought. “Hi.”
Wade was trying not to giggle as ouraudience shoved each other to see who would get to shake his hand first. Sethwon by playing dirty and faking an injury. When Ari stopped shoving him to seeif he was hurt, Seth stepped forward. “Hello, I’m Seth. We met briefly at theclub last week. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us have yourbusiness.”
Wade’s expression said he thought they weredelightful. “I’m glad you had a good time, and it’s nice to meet you.”
Ari shot Seth a look that promisedretribution before turning to Wade and immediately giving him a pleasant,professional smile. “Hi, I’m Ari, and Seth is right, it was a wonderfulopportunity to meet so many interesting people.”
Seth nodded. “Like Mitch and Raymond.Getting a chance to talk to them was fascinating.”
They were laying it on so thick it could bethe icing on a cake.
Snorting, I shoved them around Wade. “Suckup to him another time. My dinner is almost done.”
As they giggled, Seth turned to Wade. “Hemade stuffed shells and everything. Have fun and don’t forget hard workdeserves a good reward.”
