“Rules are not bad.” I had to agree with Wade. “Different spaces for different levels of crazy.”

I wanted crazy-hot fabulous sex and maybe even public stuff too, but other people might want less insanity. “Just because we’re okay with something doesn’t mean other people will be. There has to be a variety of levels of kink, so we’ll want to think about that too.”

“Maybe.” Austin nodded as he started to walk around the room, clearly seeing the finished product in his head and not the vast empty space. “So higher-backed seats and small areas here to give a bit of privacy but not close it off too much, and then gradually lead them through to the other spaces that are designed for more erotic activities.”

“Yes.” We started following him through the warehouse. “And as we move deeper into the building, we have semi-private areas for public events and things.”

“Scenes.” Austin interrupted. “They’re called scenes, not things.”

“I’m not going to ask how you know that.” Just finding out tucked-away places online that hinted at this kind of stuff had been hard enough.

His wicked smile went ear-to-ear and his voice dripped with sex. “Ask me. You know you want to.”

Wade laughed. “Stop that.”

Austin giggled. “Why? It’s fun.”

“Seduce strangers, not friends.” Wade shook his head.

Bradley snorted. “How about you try to seduce a Dom, not other subs, genius?”

Austin shrugged. “I don’t discriminate.”

Rolling my eyes, I pointed to the room. “Can we get back to work? I’m starving.”

Wade gave me one of hisyou’re not taking care of yourselflooks. “Did you skip lunch again?”

“Yes, but it wasn’t intentional. I had a meeting change at the last minute and the day just got completely out of hand.” It’d changed for the better, but it’d still left me without lunch. “I grabbed a snack a few hours ago, but that didn’t last long.”

Well, I hadn’t exactly grabbed something, but Shane had shoved coffee and a sandwich at me a few hours ago. I’d managed to eat half of it before everything had gotten insane again.

“Your sexy admin not taking care of you?” Austin’s teasing voice had everyone chuckling but me.

“Leave him alone.” Saying that was getting to be a habit. “What colors are we thinking about for this room?”

“Brown leather for the seating, maybe some different shades but furnishing that’s easy to clean.” Austin answered without having to think. “I am not going to explain to the cleaning service why there is cum all over a fabric couch.”

“And that is why play that goes that far needs to be farther back into the club where it will be easier to clean and less likely for someone to accidently see something they shouldn’t.” Wade always sounded like the parent who had to remind everyone to pick up their dirty clothes and not make a mess. But since one of us needed to be a functional adult, we always appreciated it.

“That brings up another point. When this gets going, we’re going to need someone to man the front office anytime the club is open. We really don’t want a nosy delivery guy or socialite reporter to wander back far enough to get an eyeful.” That was the last thing any of us needed.

“Agreed.” Austin pointed to the front where he was clearly envisioning the office space he’d described earlier. “I think we might be able to trade hours for free membership or something like that. It might be a good way to make sure other people who don’t have a lot of excess funds lying around can afford it.”

Bradley nodded. “That can work as long as it’s not seen as a favor to poor people. It’s got to come across like an honor or something with privilege.”

Even Austin was smart enough not to draw attention to the touchy subject for Bradley.

“Agreed.” Pulling the attention back to me, I looked around. “We’re going to need help and we can’t hire just anyone. Everyone will have to be thoroughly vetted and has to be able to relate to what members will be into. We won’t discriminate against a beta or someone completely vanilla, but they can’t be shocked by what’s going to happen here.”

“You know, some people have service kinks.” Austin shook his head as both Bradley and I looked at him like he’d grown a second head. “God, for kinky omegas, you guys are very sheltered.”

“Just because we haven’t searched for the weird corners of the internet like you have doesn’t make us sheltered.” Just because I resembled that remark didn’t mean I had to admit it.

Besides, when would I have had time to search for different kinks?

“Some of us have jobs.” Bradley rolled his eyes and gave Austin a look like he was a moron for having failed to realize it.

Austin waved his hand like facts were a mere inconvenience and started to school us on our missing knowledge. “It’s a sub who has a thing for taking care of people and really wanting to serve them. Like, it really makes them feel submissive and needed.”
