I groan, thrusting in faster until I can’t take it anymore, and pull out of her warm heat, my dick throbbing, begging for release. I straddle her waist, stroking my cock while I stare into those gorgeous eyes of hers, interest peaking in them. And when her tongue drifts out, running over her lips, I fucking blow, letting out a deep groan when cum drips out of my cock, covering my hand and her chest, sputtering all over her body. “Fuuuuck,” I groan, gripping my cock even tighter, slowing my strokes as I release over her.

I let out a breath, grunting when I drop beside her on the bed. I instantly wrap my arms around her and pull her into me, settling her head against my chest. We’re sweaty from the mind-blowing sex, and she’s all sticky from my cum, but you couldn’t pay me to leave this bed.

“You’re so fucking perfect,” I murmur, pressing my lips against her bare shoulder. “Why did it take me so long to see you were everything I ever wanted?”

She releases a breath, her arms tightening around my waist. “We got there in the end,” she says. “And I wouldn’t want to change it.”

I shake my head, a smile playing on my lips. “Me either.”

My phone rings somewhere in my room, and I groan, squeezing my eyes closed. “I should have put my phone on silent.”

“It could be Ana,” she says, making me grunt.

It probably is. Shaking my head, I pull her into me and bury my lips in her neck. “I don’t care,” I murmur. “I just want to stay here with you for a little longer.” I press my lips against her jaw. “Maybe a week.” Another kiss to her cheek this time. “A year.” I pull the covers over us and settle on top of her. “Forever if I could.” My lips brush against hers, and I lose myself in her, not caring about what happens as long as I have her.

Her breathless moans get me so fucking hard, even after she fucked the soul out of my body. “We might need food.”

“Delivery,” I mumble against her lips, grinning when the ringing stops.

She lets out a laugh, pushing against my shoulder. “As much as I’d love that, we’ll have to deal with this at some point.”

I drop onto the bed beside her with a sigh. She’s right. I know she’s right. I just don’t want to. “I hate when you’re logical.”

She chuckles, turning on her side to face me. Her expression sobers, and I watch her slim throat move as she swallows. “What’s going to happen?” she asks, her brows furrowing.

I shake my head, reaching out for her. “I don’t know,” I tell her honestly. “But whatever happens, I’ll protect you. I’ll take care of this.” My fingers trail across her arm, feeling her body break out into shivers. “I uh… I told Ana about us.”

“You did?” she asks, her eyes widening.

I nod. “And I told her that I broke the NDA.”

She lifts herself up so fast I get whiplash. “What?” she yells. “Why the hell would you do that.”

I lift onto my elbows, clutching her face in my hands. “Because she asked if we told anyone,” I tell her with a shrug. “And I wasn’t going to let you pay for my mistakes. I told her I did.”

Her eyes are swimming with panic. “Lucas, that’s a lot of money.”

Trust me, I know. “I’d do anything for you, Madeline. You know that.”

“But…” she shakes her head. “That’s excessive.”

I sigh, dropping my forehead onto hers. “I take care of my family,” I tell her, pulling back to look into her chocolate-brown eyes. “I take care of what’s mine. So don’t argue with me about this, and don’t you dare worry about it because money means nothing to me, Madeline.” I lick my lips. “You do.”

Her eyes soften as they brim with tears. “Lucas.”

“I love you, Mads.” I smile, staring at my favorite person in the world. “I love you so much, and I will fix this for you. Ok? I’ll make a public statement, letting everyone know that we weren’t a lie. I’ll personally go to Monica and beg her to reconsider because you’re so fucking talented, and you shouldn’t lose everything because you decided to help me.”

I promised her this would be good for her too, and look what the fuck happened. “I’ll make sure you get what you want,” I assure her. “I just want you to be happy.”

“I am happy,” she says with a smile. “You make me happy.”

“Good.” I grin, brushing her curls behind her ear. “That’s good because starting next semester, I’ll beveryclose to you.” Her brows furrow, and my heart beats a million miles a minute. “I got into Redfield,” I clarify.

Her eyes widen and I let out a laugh at her eagerness. “What?” she asks, grinning from ear to ear. “You applied?”

I nod. “Weeks ago,” I tell her. “I got the acceptance letter yesterday, and I was so fucking excited to tell you, but theneverything else happened and…” I let out a sigh, thinking back to how excited I was to tell her.

“Oh my god, Lucas, that’s amazing.” Her arms wrap around my neck as she straddles me, looking down at me with a huge grin painted on her gorgeous face.
