You do have a Dragon tattooed on your dick. Or at least, part of one.

His laugh rumbled up from deep inside. Dani had never seen him laugh. Her heart flipped right over.

Tell me,he said.Just so I know. If you shout at me again to get the hell out of your head, do I have to listen? Or is that Dani talk for “let’s discuss this.”

Dani snorted a laugh.Like I’m going to tell you that. Every guy should be kept guessing as to what his lady really means.

Strong arms lifted Dani.

For a second, she stiffened. But before her eyes could snap open, she inhaled. Warm, musky scent with a hint of metallic filled her senses, and a reassuring energy reached to envelop her.

Where are we going? The moss had been soft, but rather cool. Tyrez had his big body curled around her to keep her warm.

I don’t always sleep on moss,he offered with a touch of humor.

The woman who trusted no one relaxed in his arms as he moved through the cave. She barely stirred when he lowered her to a bed, merely cracking her eyes open enough to register it.

Her eyes fell upon the Dragons carved in the bedposts.

“Isn’t this your bed from the palace?” she asked aloud.

“Yep.”

“I thought—”

“I have connections,” he said with a smile. “One bit at a time, my apartment has been smuggled here.”

Dani grimaced as he crawled in behind her and pulled up the covers. “I’m sorry about your exile, Tyrez. It’s all my fault.”

He huffed a laugh. “If you believe that, you haven’t spent enough time around Ash.”

Ash—her heart constricted.

He’s giving us time, Dragonfly. He’ll be here soon enough. Now sleep.Tyrez folded his arm over and around her, pulling her into his warmth.

And she slept.

She was dimly aware of movement—Tyrez pulling away. The murmur of male voices, just out of hearing. Sensations like gentle fingers running over her skin.

And then much more...

Dani blinked up at the ceiling. Her body tingled all over, as though she’d been having a good dream.

Averygood dream.

But all she remembered were blurry images. She blinked up at the carved Dragons as memory caught up with the present.

Good morning, Dragonfly.

Ash?

In the flesh. Or rather, in your mind.Considering their last conversation, he seemed in suspiciously good spirits. And then she caught a glimpse of what he was up to.

Are you guys Dragons or rabbits?

Her exasperation reverberated rather well through the link, but it also sounded more than a bit breathless.
