I show him my arm. “It hurts a lot and I don’t understand. I haven’t felt pain in a long time and now things hurt again.”
Healer Daniel makes a sad face. And just keeps looking at my arm. “Gods have mercy.” He hisses. I look up at him.
“What is it?” Connor asks.
Healer Daniel runs his hand across his face like Rhi does. He looks around the room and nods to another healer who comesover to us.
“I am Healer Jonathan.” He says to Connor and I. “I am going to help lessen your pain, while Healer Daniel heals your arm.” His hands start to glow and he touches my head. It starts to feel much better. He backs up and walks out of the room.
“Connor, I know you’re telling the rest of them what is going on, but right now, I am going to need you to stop. I don’t need all the rest of you running in here and causing havoc.” He grabs my arm and is looking at the cut area. “I thought the bones just healed improperly, but now that I can actually see her bones, there are things carved into them. Neither my scans nor the ones from the hospital showed this. If what I thought were improper brakes on her arm is this, it makes me wonder if the rest of her bones are carved like this. I am going to see if I can heal it, and the cut.” His hands start to glow and he holds his hand over my cut. I feel the spot where my beast is, get hot again. Healer Daniel smiles down at me. His hands stop glowing and he lets go of my arm.
The first chain is broken. Soon the rest will be, and we will be free.I hear my beast say in my head.
“Is there anything else you need me for today? I think you guys still have time to make it back to combat class.”
“Uh, actually, there is something we wanted to talk to you about.” Connor rubs the back of his neck. “Farlen was telling us about some of her torture, and she said something about knives being used on her down in her lady region. Zachariah wanted you to check on her down there. He is worried we have all overlooked something. He was going to ask about a female healer, but the only one he knows of is a student, so we all agreed you’d be best.” Healer Daniel nods.
“Okay, Farlen, we are going to step out of the room for a few minutes. Why don’t you take off your shorts and underwear and lay back on the bed?” I don’t understand why now I can be naked, but I do it and lay back. A few minutes after I lay back, Connor looks in and nods behind him. He and Healer Daniel come back in and Connor grabs my hand.
“Okay Farlen, I am going to spread your legs and make sure everything is okay down here.” His hands are icy now, but I feel them move my legs. Healer Daniel closes my legs and leaves the room. I hear something crash from another room. I look up at Connor and try to do the eyebrow thing to him. I can’t feel the muscles move like I want them to.
“I don’t know what that is about. Why don’t you put your clothes back on now, sweet girl?” I stand up and put them back on. As I am pulling up my shorts, Healer Daniel walks in. “I have enough magic to heal her. Please Farlen, lay back down. I am going to have to touch your pubic region. You having your clothes on is fine, and I am sure it will make Connor feel less like killing me.” Connor helps me lie down and holds my hand tight. I see him watching Healer Daniel and he makes a strange noise, then nods his head. I can feel when Healer Daniel starts to heal me. It takes a while and then the warmth of his hands stops and he moves back.
“She may be a little sensitive for a while. Uh. Farlen, why don’t you just stay right there for a few minutes and I will talk to Connor?” I nod because I am so sleepy now. Every time we come to see Healer Daniel, I feel so tired after. I hear more loud crashing noises and open my eyes. I look around and don’t see anyone, but I don’t want to close my eyes again if someone is angry. Connor walks back into the room and just stares at me. Healer Daniel puts his hands on Connor's shoulder and is whispering to him. Connor nods at him and walks over to me. He picks me up, and it feels like he is trying to smash me into a little ball.
“Let’s head back to the training yard so you can get dressed in your normal clothes. I am so fucking sorry you went through everything, Farlen. Gods, if I could, I would go back and find you before he could hurt you.” Connor walks us back to the training field and the entire way there, it feels like something is tingling down low. Connor walks me into the changing room and gets my clothes from my locker. He walks into the shower and sets me down. He lowers me down his body and it feels so differentnow. My brain gets fuzzy and down there starts to tingle. Connor swallows something and then steps back.
“Get dressed, sweet girl, and we will go back to the house. You’re done for the day. When you get home, why don’t you take a nice hot bath? Have you used the jets yet?” He closes the curtain and is standing on the other side of it. I can hear him breathing and he sounds like he is taking deep breaths.
“No, I haven’t, but I will try them today,” I say as I get changed. Once I am in my clothes, I open the curtain. Connor looks at me up and down and then smiles at me. He turns around and crouches down. I remember him doing something like this when we went shopping. I walk over to him and put my arms around his throat and he grabs my legs and we walk back to the house that way. Every time he moves, it makes me think of the dream I had this morning. It’s close to what it felt like when Rhi was touching me. Connor starts to run, and I bounce against his back faster, and it starts to feel even better. It feels like something is building inside me again. Connor runs past our door and keeps going down the path. The building gets stronger and stronger. I throw my head back as it finally stops building and releases me. Connor swears and starts walking back to the house. He walks through the door and crouches down in front of my room. I slide off his back, and my panties feel wet again. Connor grabs me and kisses me. He pushes his tongue into my mouth like Rhi and Xander have done. He steps back and just looks down at me. I don’t know how to describe what his face looks like, but it makes my heart feel like it’s flying again.
“Go take your bath, sweet girl. I am going to take a shower.” He kisses me again and goes into his room. I head into my room to take my bath. I decide not to use the jets yet.

Iget out of my clothes and step into the shower. I can’t believe I came in my pants like that. But fuck, the sounds she was making as we were running. She was really enjoying that, so much that I didn’t even stop at our door. I wanted to see just exactly how that was going to end. I have to let the guys know what else happened with Healer Daniel. Thank fuck we started a group chat, trying to message everyone was getting annoying.
Me: We are home, Farlen is in the bath. I asked Healer Daniel to check on Farlen's vagina. Uhhh, we are going to need to talk about what he found, but probably not where anyone can get hurt. He healed her; I was there the entire time, and he was very professional. I told you guys he sees her as one of his daughters. Anyway, that’s not the only thing we have to talk about.
Xander: The only people who could get hurt around me deserve it. My classes let out an hour ago. I’m busy stalking a bitch who is about to know what it feels like to have her darkest fears come to play.
Vashu: I’m in another physical class. Payne thinks he can subdue my dragon with exercise. I’d rather not have five physical classes a week, so before or after dinner?
Xander: Don’t think Zachariah is going to be answering anytime soon. Just walked by his class. The desperate bitch looked like she was going to cream herself when she heard him yelling. Anyway, someone is being a dumbass in there.
Me: Yeah, that is something else we need to talk about.
Vashu: Why? Let Xander torture her for a while and hopefully she’ll be too fucking afraid to do anything again.

Me: Well uh, when we were coming back to the house I was giving Farlen a piggyback ride, didn’t think anything of it even though Healer Daniel said she was going to be sensitive. Well, she was.
