Writer’s block is no fun.
I’ve isolated myself in a cabin in a small mountain town to write my thriller. When I hear a spooky scratching sound, I think about incorporating it into my book. But it soon goes from inspirational to downright scary.
Turns out, a cute little dog is on the front porch of the rental cabin. There’s only one other home in the area–and when I knock on the door, a super hunky guy is standing there.
The dog belongs to him. And if I’m not careful, my heart will belong to him soon enough.
