The people around us erupt in applause and cheers, their excitement filling the air. He gently slides the ring onto my finger, a symbol of our love and commitment. As he stands, he envelops me in his warm embrace, pulling me close. I can’t help but blush as I notice the crowd, their presence amplifying the significance of this moment.

“Will you marry me right now?” he whispers in my ear, his voice filled with urgency. “Please say you will. We will never have a moment as perfect as this, and I can’t wait. Will you marry me? Right here, right now.”

“Of course I will,” I respond, my voice filled with unwavering certainty. The words echo in the room, a soft resonance that hangs in the air. “Let’s get married.”

“But don’t we need a marriage license?” I question, a hint of concern lacing my voice. My words hover hesitantly, like a delicate whisper on the breeze.

“Already taken care of, my queen,” he assures me, a mischievous glimmer dancing in his eyes. A playful smile tugs at the corners of his lips as he takes my hand in his. The touch of his warm fingers against mine sends a shiver of anticipation down my spine.

We step inside, the grand doors opening to reveal the sacred space within. The scent of aged wood and freshly lit candles fills my nostrils, mingling with the faint aroma of lingering incense. The soft glow of candlelight casts a warm, golden hue across the room, creating an ethereal atmosphere.

He leads me towards the altar, our footsteps echoing softly against the marble floor. The priest stands before us, a figure of wisdom and grace. “Father, we would like to get married. Right now. Please.”

“Of course. Come right this way,” the priest replies, his voice a soothing melody that resonates with authority. We stand before the altar, bathed in the gentle glow of flickering candles.

The ceremony begins, the priest’s words floating through the air like delicate petals on a breeze. “Do you have any vows you would like to say?”

“Yes. Rose,” he begins, his voice filled with a tender sincerity that tugs at my heartstrings. “From the first moment I saw you, I knew you were meant to be mine. And every day since then, my love has grown. It blossoms like a vibrant rose in the garden of my soul. I can’t wait to start our life together, to nurture and protect our love. We have weathered storms and conquered obstacles, silently battling against the odds. But through it all, my love for you has only deepened. I can’t imagine a world without you by my side, and I pledge to love and support you until the end of time.”

“Rose,” the priest turns to me, his gaze kind and understanding. “Do you have any vows you would like to say?”

I take a deep breath, feeling the weight of his words in my chest, intertwining with the rhythm of my heartbeat. “I do, Vlad,” I whisper, my voice brimming with an unwavering devotion. “From that first night we were together, you became my guiding light, my hero, and my love. In your arms, I found solace and strength. You saved me from a fate worse than death, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Every day, you continue to be the man of my dreams, the one who ignites a fire within me. With you, I am whole. Together, we will create a future filled with love, laughter, and a family of our own.”

A hushed silence settles over the room, anticipation thick in the air. “You may now kiss your bride,” the priest proclaims, his voice filled with a touch of joy.

As our lips gently touch, the world around us fades into a blur, leaving only the soft caress of his love enveloping me. The warmth of his embrace seals our vows in a timeless moment, as if the universe itself is celebrating our union. Vlad pulls me closer, his arms wrapping around me with a tender strength, and our lips meet again in a passionate kiss that ignites a fire within us. The undeniable passion between us fills the air, mingling with the sweet scent of blooming flowers nearby. Love radiates between us, surpassing any expectations I had for this life. My father once held my fate in his hands, but this man, my husband, helped me break free from that predetermined path. I’m overwhelmed by his willingness to go to such lengths for me. We have faced numerous challenges in such a short time, but none of it matters now. Vlad has proven time and time again that he will stand by my side and support me unconditionally.

“Are you ready?” he whispers, his voice filled with anticipation.

“For what?” I ask, my heart pounding in my chest.

“Our wedding night. Our forever,” he replies, his words carrying a promise that sends shivers down my spine. We step outside, and as the sun begins its descent, hues of orange and pink paint the sky, casting a warm glow over us.

Chapter 53

Vladimir

Ican’tbelievesheis my wife. I was so scared we would never see this day, but I planned this all out for every eventuality. I didn’t think she would say no to me, but I planned for that too, just in case. “Come on, wife.” I can’t help but grin, and her sweet giggle makes my heart flutter. She is mine. My Wife. “I have one more surprise for you.”

“One more? Oh, Vlad. This was already the best day ever. Thank you.” I lead her back to our car, the polished black exterior glistening under the warm sun.

As I help her inside, the smooth leather seats cradle her with comfort. I slide behind the wheel, the soft grip of the steering wheel fits perfectly in my hands. With a turn of the key, the engine purrs to life, its gentle hum filling the air. I navigate the familiar streets, the gentle breeze carrying the scent of salty sea air mixed with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers. Just a few minutes outside of town, we arrive at our destination. A beautiful house, nestled against the beach, unveils itself. Its pristine white exterior stands tall, commanding attention. The wraparound porch, adorned with delicate flowers, beckons us to step closer. As we approach, the rhythmic sound of crashing waves fills our ears, creating a soothing melody. The breathtaking view of the endless ocean stretches out before us, its vibrant blue hues mesmerizing.

“What is this?” she asks, her voice filled with curiosity as she gazes at the magnificent structure before her.

“This is for you. This is our home,” I reply, my voice tinged with pride and love.

“Oh my God, Vlad. It’s beautiful,” she exclaims, her eyes widening in awe.

“Not as beautiful as you,” I say, causing her to giggle and look up at me.

“This is incredible,” she murmurs, taking in the grandeur of the surroundings.

“Only the best for you, my queen. Come on, let me show you the inside,” I say, extending my hand and leading her indoors.

As she steps inside, she pauses, absorbing the sight before her. The air is infused with a faint scent of fresh flowers, adding to the ambiance.

“You did all of this for me?” she asks, her eyes meeting mine, a mix of astonishment and adoration shining in them.
