“Sorry,” muttered Lecky, putting a quick kiss on his shoulder while walking by. “I got this. Everything’s fine. Take everyone home.”

“You sure?”

“Yeah. You guys go first, I’ll be right behind you.”

Doubtful, the purple-haired man glared once more at Dante, pointing at him with his index finger to threaten him.

“If you touch him, Zodiac or not, I’m killing you!”

“Try me,” retorted Dante with an amused but dangerous smile.

They walked away, still visibly upset, and all the bikes left except for one, probably meant for Lecky. He sighed.

“Sorry about my husband. We are not used to strangers around here… and certainly not to Zodiacs coming all the way here personally.”

Dante was obviously not listening to him at all, his eyes riveted on Eden. He extended his hand for her to take, and pulled her into his embrace, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and scrutinizing her up and down as if he were doing a full check-up.

“…You alright?”

“I’m good,” she smiled. “…Can you tell them to stand down? It’s not very nice.”

As soon as she had said that, all the Italians lowered their weapons, some even quietly going back inside the cars. She let out a faint sigh and turned to Lecky.

“Thank you,” she said, “...for everything.”

“...You’re welcome. I hope things go well tomorrow... Take care, Eden.”

She nodded, and after Dante glared at Lecky once more, Eden followed him inside one of the cars. To her surprise, Dante opened the door for her, and closed it once she was seated, almost as if making sure he had her for real. Eden chuckled, and sat in the back seat, quickly glancing at the slums behind the windows. Lecky was right. This wasn’t her world either... Those people weren’t as lucky as her, to be able to make money and survive on their own.

Dante sat on the seat next to her, and the car started already, Rolf driving as always.

“I’m tired,” she sighed. “Did you make di–!”

Before she could finish her sentence, Dante grabbed her and pulled her to sit on his lap, kissing her ferociously. Eden felt her whole body melt under his passionate attack. His hands were already caressing every inch of her as if to remember each curve, capture all of her skin under his touch. She shivered with pleasure, moaning faintly. They had only been apart for less than a couple of hours, and yet her entire body was electrified by his touch as if she had lost all resistance against him.

Eden had missed him too. Playfully, she grabbed the neckline of his hair, possessively gripping and pulling on it, making him groan a little. She bit his lower lip, moving her waist a little to rub against his pants, feeling the bump under the fabric...

“Missed me much?” she chuckled against his lips. “...What about my dinner?”

“I want to start with dessert.”

His words made her wet in a second. His deep, hungry voice was making her crazy with desire. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him like crazy while his rough palms wandered under her clothes, caressing her tender skin, playing with her.

“Easy,” she moaned, feeling his hand grab her breast.

“I want you now.”

“We’re inside a car, you beast!”

“I know.”

“Rolf’s driving, and hearing everything.”

“He doesn’t care.”

“I do.”

Dante really didn’t, by the way his hands kept fondling her. Eden groaned a bit in protest, but really, she couldn’t bear for their lips to part for more than a few seconds, not even to scold her lover. His rough, large palm felt good under her shirt, and she didn’t resist when he took it off of her or messed with her dark lace bra. The windows were tinted, anyway... plus, she loved the contact of his warm skin against hers. To tease him while he struggled to undo it, Eden leaned over and bit his neck. He groaned a little, but she could tell he was amused, his hands going down to her butt.
