Page 18 of I've Got You
Her eyes open and she stares at me, dazed and barely conscious. “Don’t you think it’s too soon?”
“Not when it’s this right. You were meant for me. I was meant to be there that morning to find you. To make sure that you were safe. To finally find the one great love of my life.”
“If I say yes, am I a fool?”
I shake my head. “Nope. We’re the real thing. The honest to goodness, love at first sight thing.”
“I’m not sure I loved you at first sight,” she huffs and I lean over to kiss her pouty mouth.
“You did. You just didn’t want to see it.”
“But you saw it. I saw a beautiful, fascinating, smart as hell woman that I couldn’t stop thinking about. Even then I heard this voice in my head saying, “Mine.”
She leans up and kisses me softly. “Mine,” she whispers.
“Damn straight,” I say, tucking her into my body. I’m her storm, her shelter. I’m her everything. And she’s mine.
There’s no man or woman out there that can take her from me. I’ll always have her back and I know she’ll have mine.
“Fine. I’ll move in.”
“As if there was a question,” I growl.
She laughs and then we roll around until she’s on top of me. Her fingers dance along my softening dick, tempting it until I feel it hardening.
“I think I want to go for round two.”
“I think I can arrange that.”
I slide back inside her body and she moves her hips like a goddess calling the storm. Calling the thunder and lightning to rain down fire all around us.
Rocking to our primitive rhythms, we both fly into the fury of the storm, needing nothing but each other in this perfect moment. Finding our own perfect storm.
