“How much younger?” Morgan asks.
“Five years. I’m tired of saving him. I know that sounds awful?—”
“You can’t save everyone,” Cian says, cutting me off. “They have to want to be saved. By the way, are you still pissed off at me, Morgan?”
“Do you want to piss on me again?” he asks.
Cian bursts into laughter, shaking his head. His eyes sparkle with mischief, and I can’t stop staring at him.
“You prick, you know I didn’t piss on you. That was Hayes,” Cian chuckles. “Now, what’ll it be? If you’re still mad at me, it’ll be really awkward when you find my guys packing up your home.”
“That’s a joke,” Morgan snarls. “You don’t really know where I live.”
“My phone is on the ground in the other room, but I sent one of my guys a text asking him to pull both your addresses,” Cian smirks.
“You’re insane,” I say, fighting the urge to swoon.
“You love it,” he says. “Now, I think that you should take today easy, Kevin. Get caught up on your affairs, and then prepare to move in with me tomorrow. You just may not have much furniture tonight.”
“He’s more than insane,” Morgan mutters, his fingers hiding a smile.
“I’ll register the paperwork for our pack today with my lawyer,” Cian says, standing.
Picking up the plates, he begins to clean up in a way that is super sexy. I’m certain he has people who wait hand and foot on him, but you’d never be able to tell by watching him now.
“While Cian is rearranging our lives, are you okay with this?” Morgan asks.
“It would be nice if my brother didn’t have easy access to me,” I muse. “I haven’t seen him in far too long. I don’t even know if he’s alive.”
“I can find out if he is,” Cian suggests.
“I can check cameras in the city myself,” I remind him. “I just don’t know if I want to.”
“Then do it when you’re ready,” Cian says. “It’s not my intention to run your life, but I refuse to have my pack not live with me.”
“Even me?” Morgan says, brow raised.
“Especially you,” Cian grumbles. “I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about this. Nancy was opportunistic. She thought she could outmaneuver me, but the rules changed when she wasn’t looking. I hate to be played for a fool, and it fucked with my decision making skills.”
“You don’t regret kicking my ass,” Morgan chuckles, standing.
“Absolutely not,” he says. “Who am I to say that rearranging your insides didn’t help put us on this path?”
“You’re both ridiculous,” I say, hiding a grin.
Finished cleaning up, Cian grabs my hand and drags me to the bedroom.
“Would you like a shower, or do you want to wear our scents on your skin?” he asks me, finding his bag.
“The latter,” I confess. “I’m stealing this hoodie too.”
“It’s yours,” Morgan chuckles.
“Well that’s not fair,” Cian huffs. They’re so fucking competitive. “I’m going to order a hoodie in your size so I can wear it before I give it to you.”
Pulling out a pair of joggers, my lips twitch in amusement. Socks complete my outfit until I leave the room to find my trainers, but first I need to brush my teeth.
Grabbing my toiletries, I walk into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I swear, as soon as I finish, both alphas are pulling me between them to kiss them. At some point, they both brushed as well, because I can taste a hint of mint in their kisses.
