“You have a dirty mouth,” she teases me while her eyes sparkle with joy.

I slam my mouth against hers, not caring that I can taste myself on her tongue. I kiss her until she’s clinging to me while moaning into my mouth. It’s so fucking good.

Her lipstick is smudged when I pull back from her, and I use my thumb to wipe it away. I’m sure the evidence of our kiss is all over my lips, but I don’t care. I’ll never care when it comes to my woman.

After taking a moment to clean up a little bit, I lead Dove out of the bathroom. She glances down at the floor, but all the evidence of what happened earlier is gone. As I expected.

No body.

No blood.

No evidence to speak of at all.

Dove glances up at me, but she doesn’t say anything and doesn’t ask any questions. Yeah, she’s perfect for me and this life.

When we step into the party, Oaklynn is surrounded by her men while looking slightly worried. When she spots us walking in their direction, the relief she’s feeling is clear to see on her face. She glances at me, looking me over, but then she locks onto Dove.

I’m not sure what she sees, but Oaklynn smirks.

Maybe she sees just how close my woman is to cutting off my dick because I’ve kept her balancing on the edge of bliss for hours now. Maybe she sees a little cum painting the corner of her mouth.

I don’t know and I don’t particularly care.

I’m tempted to turn her panties back on, but I think better of it. Better to play it safe.

For now.

In the car? That’s a different story.

“Everything okay?” Oaklynn asks while smiling slyly the moment we’re close enough to not make a scene.

Dove clears her throat and nods. “Everything is great.”

My woman’s arm slips through mine and her body melts into my side. I swear I grow a few fucking feet taller with the action. My woman is constantly impressing me, and I have a feeling it won’t be changing any time soon.

Oaklynn arches an eyebrow but doesn’t push. “We’ll have to do lunch. Soon,” there’s a finality in her words, but it’s not a threat.

I don’t mind and my woman doesn’t either since she nods eagerly. I hope these women become friends. There aren’t manypeople in this city who live the same kind of life they do. They need each other and I think they’ll only be stronger for it.

And strengthening my alliance with Kirill and his men wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.

When I look at the men circled around Oaklynn like a protective shield, Maxim smirks. “You’ll need to get a ring on her finger soon. It’ll help with those possessive feelings.”

Oaklynn slaps Maxim’s chest with the back of her hand and shakes her head admonishingly. “Don’t lie to the man. It’s only made the lot of you worse.”

Maxim’s grin turns devilish as he looks down at Oaklynn. “And you like it that way.”

Oaklynn shrugs and fires back, “I never said I didn’t.”

“Well,” I begin, “I could try and come up with a reason to lead my woman out of here, but I’m not going to. I’m taking my woman home and right to bed.”

Dove looks up at me in shock while Maxim barks out a laugh. The other men chuckle, and Oaklynn giggles while trying to hide it behind her hand and failing epically.

When I look down at my woman, I tilt my head and innocently ask, “What?”

“Angelo,” she sounds disappointed in me, but I can see the fire and need in her eyes.

“I’m not sorry,” I tell her honestly. “Now, I’m more than willing to carry you out of here, but if you want to walk then now is your chance.”
