Adhan laughs. “No, sweetheart, but I wanted you to come out to the farm with me after lunch and work your magic on the house.”

“See we could have had lunch in bed and then after an afternoon of lovemaking we could have gone to the farm, or youknow, you could have asked one of the other true witches to help while we had fun, just you and me, alone, in our room, with no one around, naked and in bed.”

I see Adhan’s blue eyes darken with passion and he pulls me into a kiss.

Not being stupid I happily kiss him back, and then remember we’re in the restaurant and others are around. I temper the kiss and slowly pull back.

I smile as we get a round of applause.

“Aww, look, babe! We got tens,” I say, grinning at everyone.

“You were also about to get doused in water to cool you both down, but I didn’t want to ruin the restaurant,” Penn says, laughing at us. He’s standing by our table carrying a tray with our drinks and a basket of bread. He places everything on the table for us.

“Well, thank you for restraining yourself,” Adhan says to him.

I look around the restaurant. “You guys are still the best,” I turn back to Penn. “Thanks for the drinks.”

“Have you two even looked at the menu?” he asks with a smile.

“There’s a menu?” I reply.

Adhan laughs. “We’ll both have the pork parcels. Thanks, Penn.”

“I’d already put that order in for the both of you.”

I laugh again. “It’s as if you know us.”

“Who’d have thought?” Penn replies, turning as the restaurant door opens and Kean and Titus walk in.

They grin as they see us.

“Looks like we had the same idea,” Titus says.

“Do you want to join us, or is this a date lunch?” I offer.

“Nope, this is a we just finished work and thought we’d eat here before we went to the farm to help out lunch,” Keanexplains. “But we can see you’re on a date table, so we’ll leave you two alone.”

Adhan laughs. “Join us. I’m sure Penn won’t mind setting two more places.”

“I don’t know why I let you all in here,” Penn fake grumps as he adds two place settings. Kean helps him move two chairs over. “What can I get you two to drink?” he asks as he hands them menus.

“Just a lemonade for me, please,” Tie says.

“I’ll have a lemonade and lime please,” Kean tells him.

Penn gives the special spiel and then walks off to place their drinks order.

“Temp texted me earlier,” Tie says, grinning at me.

“I’m surprised Pa didn’t just add everything to the family chat,” I reply.

“What happened?” Adhan asks.

I go on to explain about Ma and what happened last night. All of us are laughing, especially when I pull out my phone and share the photos and video.

Halfway through Penn brought their drinks and took their order, leaving us to carry on talking.

“We need to have a flying clothes room,” Kean said.
