Page 22 of Dominating Sean

Sean glanced at Enzo, who had his mouth set in a straight line, his dark eyes intent on him, and as India headed into her bedroom to grab some things that were in there, Enzo pushed Sean against the kitchen island, reminding him of exactly how hard they had fucked there only hours before. “This isn’t over,” he murmured.

“I don’t want it to be, but I worry about how this fits into my real life,” Sean said.

“We can discuss that, figure it out, but that doesn’t make this over. Am I clear?” Enzo’s eyes were dark and intense, and Sean had the same urge he always had to do whatever the man said.

“Yes, sir,” he murmured. Enzo grinned and nuzzled his throat.

“I like that,” he said. “Now, back to real life. Do you need help with interrogating him? I can give you some techniques.”

“Why do I suspect that your interrogation technique mostly involves standing there looking intimidating until they pee their pants?” India’s voice came from behind them and made Enzo laugh. “Moss is working on the interrogation, and his techniques are fucking creepy.”

“Poor Declan,” Enzo said, shaking his head solemnly.

“He’s not ripping my cousin’s fingernails out or something, is he?” Sean asked, feeling a little sick.

“Nope. Moss doesn’t do physical torture.”

“I don’t know why I should care about that when he tried to blow me up.”

India hesitated for a moment. “I did more digging, and I don’t think he tried to blow you up. His background doesn’t fit at all with what happened. Something else is going on.”

Car doors slammed outside, and they stood and gathered their things. Enzo gave Sean one last kiss, claiming it was for luck. Sean leaned into it, wrapping his arms around the man’s thick waist, took a shuddering breath and backed off, finding India watching them.

“Do you need a kiss for luck, too, Indie?” Enzo asked.

India’s eyes widened, and she blinked slowly. “Yes. I mean, no. Definitely no.” She looked from Enzo’s lips to Sean’s.

Outside, they found Moss standing in front of a dark-colored van, and he opened the side door, ordering Sean to get into the back. Sean took a deep breath and headed for the next challenge, wishing with everything that he could have spent a few more days wrapped up in Enzo, with India giving them those hungry looks.

Chapter 16 - India

Before India had even figured things out with Enzo and Sean, the fun was over. She should have known that was how it would go down. Moss was nothing if not efficient. He had found Sean’s cousin and brought him in a short four days. The call had come while India was still trying to figure out how to tell Sean and Enzo that she was supposed to be a part of whatever they were building.

As they left the little cabin, Enzo stuck firmly to Sean’s side, looking a little worried about the man he had clearly formed an attachment to. India maintained her distance, sitting in the front seat with Moss. She was fairly convinced that she had blown her chance.

She tried to watch them in the mirror, the way they sat a little closer together than men who were only friends, and wondered what would happen going forward. Was this a fling, or were the two men now more attached? When she met Enzo’s eyes in the mirror, he smirked at her.

“How much?” Moss asked, glancing at her. He handled the big van like it was a sports car, which was, frankly, a little uncomfortable for the passengers. India braced herself on the armrest as he took a corner a little too fast and glanced at her brother.

“How much what?” She asked, frowning.

He lowered his voice. “How much are you in love with those two idiots?” India shoved her brother’s shoulder and glanced back at Enzo and Sean, hoping they hadn’t heard as her heart thumped. Was she? Why would Moss think she was in love with them?

“Shut up. I’m not in love with them. That would be ridiculous.” Moss raised an eyebrow and stared her down like this was an interrogation. “I had the same parents as you, jackass. Scary eyes don’t work on me. Jesus, focus on the road.”

“Oh, come on, I see how you look at them.”

“Your powerful skills of observation are annoying as fuck, big brother, but this time around, they’re wrong. I care about them as friends, and I’m worried about Sean.”

“You sure about that? Shit, you didn’t fuck them, did you? I mean, obviously they’ve fucked each other.”

India groaned and covered her face. “I am not having this conversation with you, Moss.”

He laughed, shaking his head. “I’ll find out the truth. Anyway, there’s more to the Blackstone case than Declan Blackstone.”

“Yeah, I thought so, too. But Declan is where the digital trail ends. I don’t understand his motivation, though. He seems to have made a life for himself that’s apart from Blackstone Industries. Why would he suddenly want the company?”

“It’s a lot of money, a lot more than he currently has.”
