“Final score: 8 out of 10. Catch this tour when it hits the road.Edgewas released at midnight Thursday and is available for purchase as a digital download, CD, and vinyl everywhere.”
“Holy shit,” Luis breathed.
“Holy shit!”I yelled.
“Holy fucking shit!” Bryce screamed.
Taylor and Grant came tearing down the hall a second later, looking like hell on wheels and wearing only their boxers. They skidded to a halt at the bar, and I thrust the tablet at them.
The five of us crashed into a group hug that danced around like manic kangaroos on speed. We were squealing and dancing and hugging and somewhere along the way Angela and Hailey got sucked it to our mania.
Bryce reached across and pulled Hailey to him and gave her the biggest dirtiest kiss I had ever seen in person.
Everyone was whooping and hollering, and I pointed down the hall to where I had seen Angela’s stuff. “Don’t use my sitting room!”
Bryce grabbed her arm and dragged her down the hall, slamming the door behind them.
“Ha!” Maddox laughed from the door of his room. “I knew it. I knew those two were making googlies at each other last night.”
Rand and Holland shoved him out of the way, and made a beeline for the bacon. Angela grabbed the spatula and slapped their hands.
“Not yet! There are eggs baking and you need to wait your turn. Coffee and juice first!” She turned back to us and smiled. “I am so proud of you boys—guys. I have to stop calling you boys.”
“You deserve this,” Marcus said, standing behind Chase against the wall. “You really do. You guys worked so damn hard on this, and you proved that you are where you are because you worked for it.”
“We’re in trouble,” Taylor said, reading the article again.
“Why?” Luis asked.
“Because I think each of us has enough written for our own albums.”
“Why don’t you think about doing an album each?” Uriah asked, leaning against the door. I turned and looked at him and holy shit that was bad news. He looked amazing there, bed head, and bare chested.
“What?” Grant asked.
“Why don’t each of you do an album? Skip the fast follow up that seems to be popular and take your time. Finish them all. And then release them like six weeks apart, under UDLR.”
Angela looked at each of us, surprised. “That is…fucking genius. You’re going on tour in six months, and you can take the tour to write and learn the music and then come back and record.”
“We could tease them on tour,” Luis said.
The spark of the idea shot between the four of us standing there, and somehow we all knew that Bryce would be totally on board with this.
“That is brilliant,” I said. “Uriah, you’re a fucking genius.”
He shrugged, looking adorable. “I know.”
I wanted to walk over to him and kiss him.
Chase cleared his throat, and broke the spell I didn’t even realize Uriah and I had woven across the room. “Did you read your review yet?” he asked.
“No,” I whispered.
Luis pushed the tablet back at me. “Second tab.”
I shook my head. “I can’t do it.”
Uriah walked forward and grabbed the tablet from the counter in front of me. He tapped the tab and totally schooled his look. “You ready?”
