Leo's grip on me tightens. "No, you don't."
Before Declan makes a move, I intervene. "Yes, I do, now let me go. It's done, there's nothing we can do."
His face darkens, but he allows me space to move. "I'm sorry."
Leo has every right to be upset, so I don't get pissed off at the sneer he throws my way. “Are you though?"
But then he opens his mouth, and my pissed off meter blows off the charts. "Fine go be his whore."
There comes a time in everybody’s life when someone says something so vile that it causes you to have an outer body experience.
Rearing my hand back I slap the living hell out of his face. "I'm nobody's whore."
Tuning out the whispers all around us, I blindly follow Declan toward one of the upper room suites.
Declan smiles as he opens the door for me to enter the room. "The gang's all here."
"Yay." I roll my eyes at him.
"Don't be like that PK, Kai was just worried about you is all."
"I'm not mad at you, Dec. However, your friend can kiss my ass."
"You do realize that wouldn't be a punishment for him, right?" He laughs.
I hide my hands over my face. "Shut up.”
Grabbing his arm before he ushers me in, I earnestly search his face. “Don’t tell Kai what Leo said please, I already handled it, and I promise not to hang out with him again.”
He gives me a side hug. “It’s out of my hands, there were toomany witnesses. Believe me, it’ll be better for one of us to tell him than anyone else.”
I nod, because he’s right. Kai’s going to put him in the hospital. “Thank you for not stepping in and letting me handle it.”
“That was badass, PK, I mean, damn. He was so shocked. It was priceless.”
“What took you so long? I thought Kai had decided not to do anything about it until the party.”
Dec shrugs. “Brotherhood business.”
He laughs when I growl. “Damn boys club.”
Walking in, I see Amber's skank ass playing pool in the corner. I’m not dealing with her today. So, I pick a spot by the window on the opposite side of the room.
I've always loved watching Kai play, even with how upset I am at him right now, that fact remains.

As the countdownclock ticks down closer to zero, so does my sanity. One thing about Kai is that I can count on him to be irrational, and how he will retaliate is what's throwing my heart into tachycardia.
The memory of my last punishment is a great one, and it has the apex of my thighs lighting up like an out of control forest fire. Nothing about this is normal.
The game ends, and I do my best to sneak past Declan who's been eye fucking a tall blonde that's in our chemistry class all night.
