She lifted off his cock so she wouldn’t hurt him, disappointed that her explorations were not complete.

“No,” he called out when her pussy left him. He gripped her hips and flipped her underneath him.

Blaize was both relieved and frustrated. She wasn’t sure how to take control during sex, but she wasn’t done.

“I promise, you can do whatever you want to me, but let me have that sweet wet pussy first. I don’t care how. You tell me. My fingers, my tongue, my cock? Whatever you want, but I need you. Please.”

Blaize was unable to find her words with the visions he’d created of his hands and tongue and cock.

“What do you want? Anything.”

“You. I want you. Inside me.” She’d beg if that’s what he required.

“This?” Cifer gripped his thick length and held it up to her like an offering, his eyebrows raised.

She nodded.

“It’s yours, Beauty.” He notched the swollen head at her wet entrance. “Protection?”

“I’m covered.” She couldn’t wait. She thrust up. They gasped in unison.

She was full, achingly full and stretched. As if his entire body filled every space in hers. More. She needed more. With a twitch of her hips, she tightened her grip on him. He groaned and shifted deeper, eliminating the last millimeter of space between them. He kissed her, his tongue between her lips, and she sucked it hard. Neither of them was moving. She tried to figure out how to take him deeper—into her soul. He felt like the place she belonged. Like there would never be a place in the universe that was better than where she was right now. And then he released her mouth, and his hips pulled back and he thrust into her, and it was even better.

Threads of light danced through her vision. It was like traveling through an ER bridge, her body being reformed and time becoming meaningless. She moved with him. His length slid in and out, hot and wet with her slick juices, overloading her systems. Every thrust she met increased the intensity of their connection, as if she welcomed him into every cell. She never wanted it to end. He was shaking in her embrace, his thrusts rougher and less rhythmic. She tried to keep up, but her body couldn’t be controlled. Then everything was gone. She was a supernova, exploding, as if light erupted from every pore of her body.

She screamed. Cifer’s deep voice joined her, and heat filled her. Consumed her. Left her panting for breath and boneless. Cifer collapsed over her and then rolled to the side, taking her with him, his solid length still embedded inside her, where he belonged.

He clung to her with one hand, his legs entwined with hers, and stroked her hair with his other hand. There were no words for what had happened. She’d had sex before. What they’d done wasn’t sex; it was something else, something undefinable and unique.

“How did you do that?” The words fell out of her mouth, and she wasn’t sure what she was asking.

“Do what?” His breath caressed her ear.

“Become me?”

“Ah, the skin.”

She nodded against his chest.

“It’s camouflage, at the cellular level. All the members of my clan have the ability. I suspect it was to aid in hunting when we were more primitive.”

“It would be incredible to be able to blend anywhere.”

“It is my greatest strength and the thing that has instigated the most pain.”

Blaize couldn’t imagine how blending in could have hurt him. “What do you mean?”

Chapter 16

Cifer hesitated. “I wouldn’t have been kidnapped if I didn’t have this…skin.”

Blaize trailed her fingers up his torso, and it was all he could do to quickly camouflage the trails left from his reaction to her touch. Not that it mattered. She knew his secret.

At least part of it.

The other part he didn’t share with anyone. Ever. Because if she saw his true form, she wouldn’t want him at all. He wasn’t stolen for his aesthetics; the pirates took him because they could use him.

Her exploration continued, waking every part of him. His body vibrated with need for her, which made no sense. He’d come undone earlier, experiencing an orgasm that tore through him with a force he didn’t know he was capable of. But as long as she was near, he would want her.
