A blush creeps up Sienna’s cheeks as she fights to keep her face neutral. “I’m not dating any of them, Gram. We’re just friends.”
“That may be true, but they are sure friends you want to climb like a fire pole.” Louise smacks her hand against the table. “I guess that fits with the whole firefighter thing.”
“Oh my god, Gram. Please stop talking.”
Martha chuckles. “Maybe you should listen to her this one time, Louise.”
Sienna couldn’t look more relieved when the barista says our order is ready. She scurries to the counter, grabbing her cup.
“Bye, Gram. I’ll talk to you later,” she says over her shoulder before booking it to the door.
The three of us say our awkward goodbyes. We catch up to her just before she slides into her car, that’s parked right behind the firetruck.
“Come to the firehouse,” I tell her quietly.
“What? Why?” she questions.
“For some fun,” I say, emphasizing the last word.
“Won’t you guys get in trouble?” she asks, looking over all three of us.
I point to Grayson. “He’s literally the boss, so as long as he gets to come, I’m pretty sure we’ll be okay.”
“The number of times I want to hit you throughout the day is astounding,” Grayson grumbles.
“Park in the alley, and one of us will let you in the back door,” Warren tells her. “We can get you up to Grayson’s office without anyone seeing.”
Of course he’s the rational one in this situation.
“Why has my office been chosen for this mission?” Grayson asks.
“Are you complaining?” I ask, giving him an “are you kidding me”look.
He shakes his head. “No, never mind.” He looks right at Sienna. “You’re always welcome in my office. Whether it be for sexy reasons or literally any other reason.”
That was a little serious.
They stare at each other for a beat.
“Okay. Text me when you’re at the door.” With that, she slides into her seat, closing the door.
Warren and Sienna slip inside Grayson’s office. Grayson, and surprisingly Warren, insisted that I not be the one to sneak her up. They both said it would be way too suspicious, since I’ve been known to pull pranks from time to time.
I only agreed to let Warren do it because he’s so big, and if anyone stumbled upon them, she could just hide behind him like a big tree.
Sienna looks around. “I didn’t know you had a bedroom in here, too,” she says, looking through the adjoining door that leads to his private sleeping quarters.
“Captain perks,” I say.
“Hmm,” she hums, walking into the bedroom area. We all shuffle in until we’re standing around the bed.
“I don’t mean to rush things, but we could get called out at any time,” Grayson says.
Sienna nods a few times before unbuttoning her jeans and sliding them down her legs. She kicks them off, along with her boots.
We all stand there, transfixed, as she takes off her coat and sweater, until she’s standing there in just a matching bra and panty set. The bright pink lace is a beautiful contrast to her creamy, pale skin.
“Hands and knees on the bed,” Grayson says. His tone is low, leaving no room for questions.
