“So, you are still there,” Maddox teases as Zane plants kisses across my stomach. He continues to move lower and lower. I shake my head at him in warning. “For a little longer. Why?” I ask watching as he waggles his eyebrows at me then swipes his tongue across my clit making me jump.
“Why don’t you answer your phone?” Dane gruffs through the speaker.
Another flick and a finger have me biting my lip to keep my moans from escaping. I try to wiggle away but he holds me firmly in place.
“Because I was sleeping,” I say a little too high pitched as Zane begins to nip.
“Shouldn’t you be getting ready for you flight?” Dane snaps.
“Yes,” I say breathlessly but it’s not really in response to my brother but to the man doing amazing things with his tongue between my legs. My free hand flies to his head with intentions of making him stop, but once it finds grip in his hair, it decides of its own accord to make sure he stays right where he’s at.
“Why do you sound like that?” Dane asks and I hear Maddox and Ryder in the background cackling.
“N – no reason,” I respond but then I groan when Zane makes eye contact with me while he curves that long finger of his.
“Tori?”
Zane wraps his lips around my throbbing clit and begins to suck. “Yes,” I hiss.
“Oh fuck!” Maddox bellows like a hyena.
“Tori tell me you are not fucking the football player while you’re on the phone with me,” Dane says sounding extremely uncomfortable.
“I – I -,” I can’t form a coherent thought as an orgasm shoots through me. All I can do is scream out Zane’s name.
He rises over me, taking the phone out of my hand. “She’ll call back later,” he tells them then proceeds to fuck me into two more orgasms before we finally get out of bed.
“God, Tori,I can’t believe you did that. Do you have any idea how fucking traumatized I am?” Dane says when I call him back a couple of hours later.
I can still hear Maddox and Ryder in the background. I'm pretty sure I even hear Angel laughing. I imagine they’ve been heckling him ever since. “I didn’t do anything, Dane. I was an unwilling participant under duress.”
“It didn’t sound unwilling to me,” Maddox heckles some more.
“I swear to god if either of you say one more thing, I’m going to start swinging,” he tells his friends.
“Why did you call, Dane?” I ask, trying to get this conversation over with so I can spend my last few minutes with Zane.
“Have you talked to Cara lately?” he asks me.
“Not in a couple of weeks. Why?”
“She tell you about some guy?”
“Get to the point, Dane,” I grumble as I throw my clothes into my bag.
“I’m worried about her, Tori. Something isn’t right. She won’t answer when I call.”
“Then how do you know about a guy?”
“Because he answered her phone, and said she was too busy to talk to me. When I asked with what, he just said he’d tell her to call me back. That was two weeks ago.”
I scrunch my face with concern. She hasn’t been returning my calls either. A text or two here or there to saying she is taking her summer finals and getting ready for the new semester, but not much else. I just took the texts at face value, but now I’m thinking maybe I should’ve dug a little deeper.
“She hasn’t said anything to me, Dane.”
“Don’t you have a layover in Chicago? Can you stay for a couple of days to check on her?”
I don’t even have to consider the answer. I miss the shop, but not much else is holding me in New York right now. “Of course.”
