As she waited for the officer to get out of his car and approach, she retrieved the registration from the glovebox and her license from her wallet. Hopefully that would speed things along.
Ten minutes later, she was on her way again, the not-so-proud recipient of a speeding ticket.
She was approaching the exit to the airport when her phone dinged with a text.
DADDY DRAKE:
Just landed and will be at the pickup area in a few minutes.
Lacy did not bother to respond, she just drove as fast as she dared. Once she got off the highway the traffic lights were with her and soon she was easing along in the pickup lane as she watched for her man.
When she saw him, her pussy clenched, her nipples peaked and she sucked a breath. He had not changed in the six months since she’d last seen him in person, though his hair was longer and he’d allowed the silver to grow in more.
She pulled to a stop in front of him and parked. Popping out of the driver’s seat, she rounded the front of the car in a hurry. Tempted to throw herself at him, instead, she stopped with less than a foot between them.
“Hello,” she said softly, hoping her smile didn’t look like too crazy.
“Hi.” Drake took the small step that brought them together before wrapping his arms around her.
Hugging her tight, he lowered his head and kissed her. As soon as their lips pressed together, a bubble encapsulated them and they were alone.
That was, until a horn blasted at them and someone yelled, “Get a room!”
Drake broke the kiss and smiled down at her. “Guess he told us.”
“Yeah, we’re not supposed to park. But I couldn’t help myself,” Lacy said as she opened the back door.
When she reached for Drake’s suitcase, he held up a hand to stop her. “Daddies deal with luggage, Lacy-girl. Get in the car and figure out how to get to the hotel while I load up.”
“Yes, Daddy,” she whispered as her face began to burn with embarrassment.
“Good girl,” he murmured back.
It only took a few minutes before they were leaving the airport and headed to the hotel where the convention would be taking place.
“What’s this?” Drake asked, pulling the ticket out of the cubbyhole under the dash where Lacy had stuck it.
“Um, it’s a ticket,” she admitted softly.
She fought the urge to grab the paper from him and hide it. But traffic was too heavy to be distracted for even a moment.
Drake remained silent as he read the paper. Then he folded it neatly and returned it to the cubby.
“You got a speeding ticket on your way to pick me up.” His voice was soft, yet his disappointment rang loud and clear.
Lacy did not know how to argue that since he was holding the evidence, so she kept her mouth shut.
“Looks like someone is going to start the weekend with a hot ass.”
“A spanking? We don’t have to do that, Daddy.”
Lacy felt her Little trying to push forward even as she continued driving. At least they were only a couple of miles from the hotel so they would soon be out of the heavy traffic.
“Yes, we do. Health and safety issues are the ones we Daddies take most seriously. And getting a speeding ticket wasn’t safe, was it?”
Lacy sighed and her shoulders rounded as guilt flooded through her even as she tried to argue her way out of a spanking.
“No, Daddy, it wasn’t. But I was hurrying to get to you. I didn’t want you to have to wait. But I think the ticket should be enough of a consequence.”
