We settled on seafood from a nearby restaurant and put in the order on my phone.
“All right.We have twenty-six minutes until the yumminess arrives.What should we do in the meantime?”I sent her a cartoon-worthy leer.
Alice played along, squealing as she ran toward the bed.I grabbed her around the waist and tossed her onto my California King mattress.
