I should’ve sounded like a stalker, but Asajust beamed. “Thank you, Master.”

“You’re welcome.” Rolling us back over, Ipulled him over me until we were almost exactly where we started. “But I needyou to tell me if I take over too quickly or just take too much of your life.Holding back isn’t a natural behavior for me, so I need you to promise me thatyou’ll talk to me if you get bad frustrated.”

My description made him giggle. “Whathappens if I get good frustrated?”

“A spanking or lines, depending on how youexpress yourself.” My answer earned a pout from him.

“I need more information if I’m going to beable to predict your response.” He cocked his head and waited like he thoughtI’d give that information.

“That will have to be discovered throughtrial and error, so it would probably be best to be honest about your emotionsfrom the beginning.” I had to hold back a smile when he sighed.

Lying down on my chest, he cuddled into meand started stroking me. “What if it’s not enough control? What if you thinkyou’re taking too much and I feel all wobbly inside?”

My poor imp.

“Then we’ll talk about the current limitsand see where we can help you feel more stable.” He opened his mouth, but Icontinued before he could get the question out. I knew what he was going tosay. “And no, I’m fairly certain that you will never ask for more control thanI can give you.”

Asa closed his mouth, but his lips squishedup like he was considering how to handle world peace. “Will my asking for youto take more control before you decide how you feel emotionally be an issue?”

“Are you asking how I feel about havingcontrol over you before we grow together emotionally?” I wasn’t going to sayfalling in love yet; that seemed like a good way to tempt fate, and I wasn’tgoing to mess with that bitch.

Asa nodded, seemingly pleased with myrestatement. “Yes.”

“They’re mutually exclusive for me. Is thata problem?” I could control someone I didn’t love and be perfectly happy, but Iknew that not everyone felt the same way.

Asa shook his head slowly. “No, but whatyou’re saying is that we don’t have to take things slowly physically orcontrol-wise, just because our emotional growth might be on a different speed?”

“That’s how I see things, yes. How do yousee them?” Nothing in his behavior worried me, but Asa was always a surprise.

“I’m good either way. I was just worriedthat you would want to go slow or something like that.” He said it like I wasmaking him eat something green and slimy for dinner.

Chuckling, I shook my head. “You don’t haveanything to worry about.”

I could feel the way his body relaxed as myanswer sank into him. “You’re sure? I don’t want to rush you. Dr. Sheppard andI talked, and your feelings are just as valid as mine.”

Oh, to have been a fly on the wall for thatdiscussion.

“Thank you.” I shifted my hands to bring hishead down so I could kiss him. “But you don’t have anything to worry about. Ipromise that I will tell you if I’m feeling smothered or like it’s too muchresponsibility. Deal?”

He nodded, smiling as he wiggled closer to giveme another kiss. His nearly naked body was definitely a distraction in thisposition, so I kept the kiss light. As he curled back on my chest, I ran myhand over his head. “No more naps or we won’t sleep tonight.”

That was already going to be an issue, so Ikissed his head and rolled us so he was beside me on the bed. “Come on. Let’sgo see what we’re going to make for dinner, and then if you’re a good boy, I’lllet you keep my dick nice and warm while I eat dinner.”

Asa shivered and he wiggled closer, givingme wide eyes. “Really?”

I knew my smile looked wicked when he madea needy whimper. “Oh yes, and when I’m done, I’ll feed you as you kneel betweenmy legs.”

Asa licked his lips and his gaze lost focusas he stared at me. “Would I eat from your hand?”

“Of course.” Stroking over his cheek, Ikissed his forehead. “You’ll feel like my little slave before the night isover.”

Love shone from his eyes as he cuddled intome. There was no other word to describe it. “Thank you, Master.”

We might not ever be the most conventionalcouple, but it seemed like we were very much on the same wavelength.

Sometimes life took very interesting turns.
