It was a terrible idea to put out into theuniverse.

“If you’re a good boy and get out of bed,I’ll make you coffee while you get a shower.” I didn’t even get my mouth openbefore he continued. “Nope, don’t even think about it. If I get in with you,we’ll get too distracted.”

“You’re mean in the morning.” Pouting, because I was still hoping to get my way, I climbed out of bed and drapedmyself around Tristan. “See, I got out of bed. That means you have to rewardme.”

He just smacked my ass.

I made a quiet, disgruntled sound andpouted again. “Aww.”

He was going to cave. I could see it in hiseyes…

Then the fucking doorbell rang.

“You’ve got to be kidding me.” Staring daggersat the door to the bedroom, I sighed. Laying my head against his chest, Ipouted harder. “Make him go away.”

Tristan snorted. “I’m not even going toattempt that. I’m head over heels for you, but not insane.”

Giggling, I straightened and gave him aquick kiss. “Tell nosy I’ll be down in just a minute.”

Then as I stepped away, I really looked atTristan. “You should probably put on pants first, though.”

He rolled his eyes, but I could see thelaughter peeking out from behind the stoic expression. “I generally don’t greetvisitors naked.”

“There’s a first time for everything.Especially with my friends.” Grinning, I danced away from his half-heartedattempt to swat my ass again. “Oh, wear those pants from last night but noshirt. He’ll be drooling all over you and I’ll get to subtly brag about howsexy you are.”

Nearly bubbling over with laughter, Tristanheaded downstairs as I dashed into the bathroom. Hurrying as fast as I could, Iwas clean and somewhat dressed in minutes. Since Tristan had a thing for mysweatpants, I threw them on and rushed downstairs for my promised coffee.

I probably shouldn’t have let him answerthe door on his own looking that sexy.

“This is ridiculous.” I folded my armsacross my chest and did my best to look stern as I glared at everyone. “How amI supposed to work like this?”

Austin snorted. “You weren’t working whenwe got here, so don’t pull that bullshit with us.”

Sighing, I turned to Tanner. “You too?”

He shrugged. “He caught me before coffee.”

“Don’t any of you have real work?”Honestly, they all had very full, functional lives they should be focused on.

Wade giggled, ogling my Dom’s ass as hefiddled with something on the stove. “I had to see how your date went since itwas my idea.”

“And I work here at least part of the timeso that meant I was already on my way here anyway.” Jonah looked pleased to beable to say that.

“You don’t work here for several morehours.” Scoffing at all of them, I turned to Bradley. “And you, really?”

He shrugged. “I have a dentist appointmentin an hour and I had nothing better to do.”

I was going to call bullshit on that, butAustin beat me to it. “No one believes that at all. You were just as interestedas the rest of us last night.”

How late had they stayed up analyzing mydating life?

“This is ridiculous.” I was supposed to begetting coffee and cuddles right now, not entertaining them.

Tristan chuckled, turning away from thestove with a big serving of eggs and all kinds of wonderful goodies on theplate. “Cranky boys don’t get fried potatoes and scrambled eggs.”

I’d have been fine with cereal or thegoodies he’d let me sneak in the cart from the bakery section the other day…butI could behave for eggs and then get something more fun after he left for themorning. “I’ll play nice.”

Austin gave a dirty snicker. “I hope not.”
