CHAPTER 10

Guilia

Guilia hadn’t been able to help herself. Tay had looked up at her, moss-green eyes all lost and on the verge of brimming with tears, and all she wanted was to stop Tay from ever feeling like that again.

Tay’s lips were soft beneath hers, and their hands cautiously made their way up Guilia’s arms until Tay’s arms were around her neck and they were kissing her back rather fervently.

When they broke free, Tay was pink, and Guilia could feel her own skin hot and flushed. “I… I should have asked first. You said you wanted to be Little and I…”

“That wasawesome,” said Tay, and they bounced up and down on the couch so enthusiastically that Guilia had to take the table that they’d placed their coffee cup on and move it a little further away. “Can we do that again?”

Their joy was infectious, and Guilia felt herself infused with giddiness. “Absolutely, but first we should just check in. This is the first time we have kissed, and we’ve spoken about me being your Daddy—but what does that look like for you? Would you prefer our dynamic to be non-sexual.”

“Did you not notice how I kissed you back?”

Guilia had indeed noticed, but she knew better than to make assumptions. “I did.” She paused. “It was very lovely, tesore. Would you like more of that?”

Tay didn’t even pause before launching into a fairly extensive list of kinks and sex acts that they wanted to try, that included but were by no means limited to impact play, praise kink, fingering and face sitting.

The barrage of information made Guilia blink rather rapidly, but she listened carefully and made a mental note of each one.

“What about you?” asked Tay. “What do you want to do?”

“I’m not averse to any of the above, tesore. Making love with you and exploring kink together would be wonderful,” she replied. “But I think that more than anything else I’d like to help you find some peace.”

That silenced Tay.

“Tay?”

“What do you mean by peace?” they asked. Their fingers were dancing a tarantella across their knees, and when they saw Guilia looking, they stilled the movement and sat firmly on their hands instead.

Guilia gently coaxed Tay’s fingers out and placed them back on Tay’s knees. “You can stim if you need; it doesn’t bother me.”

Tay’s answering smile was shy. Cautious.

Guilia didn’t know how she’d never recognized that cautiousness before. But now that she knew about Tay’s background, it seemed like the most obvious thing in the world.

“And I suppose what I mean is that I imagine your brain is quite noisy? I’ve heard people say that having an ADHD brain is like having a wind-up mind that never runs out of wind. That always seemed to me to be a little tiring.”

“Yes,” said Tay. They breathed the word out, and all at once their shoulders dropped and it was as if there had been stringsholding them up, but now the strings were cut and they were able to lie limp.

“So if I could help you find or create a space where you could quieten your brain—have a brain break, if you will—that could be quite nice.”

“Yes, please, Daddy.”

Tay nodded so enthusiastically that Guilia chuckled. There were many different ways of trying that, but the one that came to Guilia’s mind first was rope.

“Have you ever been tied up?”

The thoughtful look on Tay’s face implied that no, they had not.

“I think it might be something you could enjoy.”

“Tell me about rope,” said Tay.

Guilia wasn’t entirely certain what to say at first. She’d dabbled in shibari before, mainly as a rigger, but she’d let someone tie her up once so she knew how it felt.

It wasn’t what she personally wanted on a daily basis, but there was something very calming about just giving over your body for someone else to play with.
