She shrugged.
“Right now, we aren’t sure. It could be minimum, or it could be maximum fallout. Details are sketchy, but if it’s popping up on the president’s radar, it’s on my plate. You know how it is.”

When the captain’s voice came over the jet’s speakers, they were instructed to buckle in for the descent intoCHAOS.
