“Hey, stop hogging our girl,” Liam fake scolds as he pulls me into his arms. He leans down and gives me a quick kiss. “How was work?”

“It was all right.” I look back at Santi, desperately wanting to know what he had been going to say.

“Uh, Aurora, I take it you know these guys?” Tony asks from behind me.

I turn and see him watching us and blocking everyone behind him from coming forward.

“Oh yeah. These are friends of mine. I forgot to tell you that I had a ride home. I’m going to head out with them tonight.”

Tony frowns, eyeing each of the guys. “Are you sure?”

“Don’t worry, I wouldn’t let anything happen to my girlfriend.” Liam tucks me under his arm.

My eyes go wide at the title.

Is that what I am? Their girlfriend? How does this even work?

I peek a glance back at Santi.

Would he even want in on what I have going with the other two?

It’s all so overwhelming.

“Just shoot Sasha a text when you get home, okay?” Tony says, referring to his girlfriend.

“Will do.” I nod.

“Come on,” Santi says, grabbing my hand to pull me away from Liam.

I don’t miss the odd look from my coworkers. I’m sure it’s odd seeing one man kiss me and claim to be my boyfriend while another is grabbing my hand as if I’m his.

Santi must not notice. Or if he does, he doesn’t care. Instead, he pulls me down the alley toward Drake and Ezra.

Drake steps forward and kisses me even though I’m holding Santi’s hand. “Hey, babe.”

My cheeks redden. “Hi.”

My eyes move over to Ezra and find him already looking at me. He’s leaning against the door of a car, trying to appear relaxed, but I can see the tension in his shoulders.

I hate that I feel so awkward around him. I used to think our banter online was just that. Banter. Our little way of flirting.

By the look in his eyes right now, I think I misunderstood our interactions.

Great. Now I’m going to overanalyze every interaction we have ever had for the next several days.

Liam coughs, interrupting our awkward stare-off. Ezra pushes off the car and walks toward me. It takes everything in me not to tense.

He holds out his hand. “Pleasure to finally meet you in person, Miss Blake.”

The sound of my name rolling off his tongue with his accent has goose bumps spreading across my skin.

Something so innocent shouldn’t be that sexy.

“Pleasure’s all mine, Mr. Morgan.” I grip his hand in mine.

He shakes it twice before pulling back suddenly. I hate that my body is heated from his touch, yet he has this cold demeanor about him.

Almost as if he couldn’t care less whether he met me or not.
