“Only you,” he says, letting out a soft noise that drives me insane.

I hum around his dick, bobbing my head up and down as I suck him before I release him with a pop. “I like the sound of that,” I say with a grin, stroking his cock.

His eyes soften as he reaches out, running his thumb over my cheek. “You have all my firsts, Gabi,” he says. “First kiss. First time. First love.”

I lift myself up, crawling closer to him. “I’ve only ever loved you,” I tell him honestly. “You might not have been my first kiss or my first time, but—”

Chris interrupts me with a kiss. He doesn’t let me finish my sentence before he grabs my face in his hands and brushes his lips against mine. His tongue swipes across mine. I’m left breathless when he pulls back, pressing his forehead against mine.

“Don’t ever feel guilty about that,” he says, shaking his head against mine. “I promise I don’t hate you for it. I couldn’t have expected you to hold off for years when I didn’t give you any sign that I loved you.”

I know what he’s saying is true, but I can’t help the curdling feeling in my stomach. “You did,” I say, gazing into his soft brown eyes that I love so much. “You didn’t know where I stood with you, yet you waited.”

“That’s different,” he says with a sigh.

“How?”

He shrugs. “I’ve been in love with you for as long as I can remember,” he admits.

My heart pounds in my chest. I’ll never grow tired of hearing him say that.

“Nate?”

Chris’s jaw tightens, but he nods, understanding what I mean. “Yeah. I loved you then.”

I still remember asking Chris to help me vandalize Nate’s car when I found out he was cheating on me. Chris didn’t hesitate. He grabbed the can and joined me, even though he knew it was risky and illegal. He was always there for me, no matter what.

I crawl up his body, wrapping my arms around his neck. “Did it hurt?” I ask quietly. “Seeing him with me?”

Chris looks up, meeting my eyes with a sad nod. “I mean, yeah. I hated seeing you guys cuddled up at parties. I hated when he would kiss you, but...” He trails off.

“But?” I prompt.

His eyes lock with mine, and he smiles. “But I spent every night in your bed. I was the one you told everything to, shared everything with.” His thumb traces along my waist, his gaze staying fixed on my face even though my breasts are pressed against his jaw. “I loved that way more than I hated seeing a few kisses and some hand-holding.”

My heart aches with the love I have for him, and I shake my head, a frown forming between my brows. “How did I not see it?” I say, frustrated with myself for letting so much time pass without realizing how he felt about me.

“I hid it,” he says, curling his hand around my waist. “I didn’t want anything to ruin our friendship, Gabi.”

“Remember the bonfire?” I ask him, my breath catching as his eyebrows furrow.

“Yeah?”

“I was so jealous of Taylor,” I admit, both to him and to myself. “I don’t think I realized it at the time, but I was jealous.”

“Gabi,” he says, shaking his head as if he can’t believe it.

“I left Nate alone to come and talk to you because I couldn’t stand seeing her with you,” I tell him. “When you told me you didn’t know if something might happen between you two, myheart fucking broke.” My throat feels tight, and I swallow hard. “I hated the thought of you being with her.”

“I didn’t want her,” he tells me. “I was just sick of seeing you and your boyfriend together, and—” His jaw clenches, and he shakes his head. “I didn’t want anyone but you, Gabi,” he says, tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear. “I can’t even remember what she looked like.”

“She was pretty.”

“Not as pretty as you,” Chris says, holding my waist in his hands, as he shakes his head. “No one is.” His eyes finally drop to my tits that are practically pressed against his mouth and I watch as he swallows, staring at them. “Fuck,” he groans, his voice coming out raspy and sexy as hell. “You’re so fucking beautiful.” He opens his mouth and takes my nipple inside, sucking the sensitive bud.

I buck against him, feeling his tongue tug on the metal bars, before he sucks on them lightly. “That feels…” I can’t even speak. I close my eyes, moans trickling out of my throat as he releases me before moving to the other one, giving it the same attention. “Chris.” A pop rings in my ears when he pulls off, and I snap my eyes open.

“Can I—” He glances up at me, nervous, warily. “Can I try something?” he says, gripping my waist tighter.
