"But it's just a thought right now. I ain't officially make up my mind yet, ma."
"I know, I know. It's just exciting." I couldn't help to smile. Thinking about him as a little school boy was something I could've never imagined.
Oh my god, he would look so cute with his little glasses on. I thought to myself, chuckling at the thought.
"But when I make my final decision, I'm gon' tell you first and you can help me out with all the shit I need?"
"Okay." I nodded happily. This was really good news for me and now I wouldn't even be able to stop thinking about it the entire night.
We sat there in silence for a while as I continued to think about him being a little school boy. I couldn't help it, it just made me so happy that he wanted to go.
"Go to sleep, ma." He chuckled lowly as I now sat up against the headboard and he laid on my chest with his arm wrapped around my waist.
"I'm not tired, I'm too happy." I admitted as his phone ringing on the dresser ripped me away from my happy thoughts.
I'd completely forgotten about the girl calling.
"That's my shit?" He asked and I nodded slowly as he let me go and got out of the bed.
"Who the fuck callin' my phone at this time?" He asked himself and I couldn't help but to think the same thing.
I watched as he walked over to it, awaiting his reaction to the call. But his reaction never came, he just looked blankly down at it and pressed ignore.
"Who was that?" I asked as he got back into bed and wrapped his arm around my waist again. He didn't say anything as he laid his head on my chest and I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Dominic." I called seriously, making him sigh deeply.
"You gon' wan' argue and I don't feel like it, T." He blurted out and I furrowed my eyebrows.
"What is there to argue about?" I asked him as he abruptly let me go and sat up too.
"The phone already showed me that the bitch called while I was in the shower too, so I know you seen her name flash across my screen."
"Okay, so who is she?" I asked, not even about to give him the run around.
"Nobody." He shrugged and I raised my eyebrows.
"Oh, nobody?" I asked, getting out of the bed.
"Tiana." He spoke sternly as I stood to my feet, just looking at him.
"Who is she, Dominic?" I asked for the final time as he looked down, staying silent.
"Um, hello?" I asked as he sat there saying nothing.
"Oh you can't hear now?"
"Fine." I scoffed, looking for my dress.
"Sit the fuck down, you ain't gon' no where at this time of night." He spat to me as I searched the room.
"Then tell me who she is!" I screamed, starting to believe that everything that he'd been saying these past couple of months were complete lies.
Maybe he's really trying to make me suffer.I thought, my mind playing tricks on me.
"It's the bitch you saw before, T." He finally blurted out as I stopped in my tracks.
"What?"
