Then be patient. Dani’s beast is mostly Dragon, yours probably will be too.

He lifted his forepaw, and I sensed his sadness.I will never run as a Dire again,he said, wiggling his talons.

I stepped into him.Maybe not. But you will fly as a Dragon.

He spread his wings.Do you really think so?

I know it.I reached to caress the fine scales along his jaw.I think you are quite beautiful.

Oh great, now I look like a sheila.

I grinned at him.Okay, handsome then.I stretched up to wrap fingers around one of his wing bones—

A frisson of pure pleasure reverberated through the link. I smiled and stroked.

He groaned.Strewth, Angel. That’s—

I stroked again, and his legs buckled beneath him, his eyes rolling back in his head. Thus encouraged, I applied both hands, running them back and forth, squeezing gently and stroking. Then I pulled a wing down to me and ran my tongue along the soft scales.

He shuddered and gasped. From this angle, I could clearly see that no scale was going to disguise my effect on him. Rigid and quivering, his equipment was truly impressive.

Matt started to shift back to human, but I was intrigued by the possibilities.Stay,I commanded.

Angel, I need—

Stay,I insisted.

He shuddered again, and I resumed my stroking, adding the occasional lick. He began to dry hump the air helplessly, his eyes glazed with lust. Heat pooled between my legs, and when he thrust a foreleg toward me, I accepted the invitation, straddling it, rubbing along the hard muscles. The scales here were scattered and small, but their hard bumps added to the stimulation. With him panting through my brain, I was at the edge in an instant.

He tilted his wing closer in desperate invitation, and I fastened my mouth over his wing bone, licking before I bit down, ever so slightly. He thrust his hips powerfully forward.

And came apart.

The waves pulsing through the link brought me with him. I clung to his wing as the last quivers ran through both of us.

“Wings. Erogenous zone. Check,” I whispered.

If I’d had any bloody idea they were so sensitive, I wouldn’t have whined so much about them. Just told the Dragon as much, too.

My heart twisted. What did he say?

He just growled something about bad timing. He really is a proper FIGJAM.He cradled me against him with a foreleg and sidestepped the giant wet spot on the ground.

I envied his connection to Talakai as I slipped free from his grasp. Matt shook his wings, and then pulled himself to human. It took more than a few tries to get the wings back where they belonged.

That looks complicated.

It bloody well is.He swayed as he bent to grab his clothes.I just hope the damned crystal I’m nibbling can keep up with the increased sprog dispersal.

Umm... is sprog—

Yeah. I have an entirely new respect for Dragons. He pulled on his sweatpants and tee shirt.

My lips twitched. At least dressing will be easier once your scales cooperate.

He waggled his brows.More fun too.He raised his forearm and sniffed it. His eyes lit gold and green.

I blushed scarlet.
