“You wanted this?” He rasped, gripping Kia’s hips as he bottomed out. “No more sweet talk. No more patience.” He leaned in until their foreheads touched, breath mingling. “You’re mine now, gatito. Say it.”

Kia moaned beneath him, muscles clenching around Suero’s cock, his hands fisting into the sheets. Suero held still, buried deep, barely breathing. His wolf pressed hard against the edge of his control, demanding more—harder, faster, now—but Suero stayed put, forcing himself to feel it.

Kia’s body was tense, legs wrapped around him like a fucking brand.

“You like challenging me?” Suero murmured, voice rough with restraint. “Keep doing it.”

He drew back, slow. The drag sent a shiver through him. He slammed back in with a snap of his hips, the sound of their bodies connecting a shar noise echoing in the room.

Kia jerked, breath hitching into a half-formed curse. Suero grinned against his neck.

Perfect.

He set a rhythm—not brutal, but demanding. Every thrust a message, a reminder: You asked for this. I’m giving it to you.

One hand gripped the back of Kia’s thigh, holding him wide and open. The other braced near his shoulder as Suero leaned in, lips brushing his ear.

“You feel that?” he rasped. “That’s what happens when you taunt a wolf.”

Kia’s breath hitched again, body twitching beneath him, tightening around Suero’s cock like his body didn’t want to let go. His wolf snarled for him to claim the cheetah.

The realization struck him hard.

“Holy fuck,” he whispered, voice hoarse. It hit him all at once—his wolf wasn’t just snarling to mark Kia. It was choosing.

“What?” Kia’s eyes darted nervously around the room. “What’s wrong?”

Suero tilted his head back, laughing in relief. “Absolutely nothing is wrong, cariño. My wolf just finally decided to get onboard.”

Kia looked both thrilled and wary. “Are you sure?”

With a broad smile, he showered his elegido’s face with kisses. “Yes, my beautiful gatito. It’s going absolutely wild to claim you.” He leaned back, gazing into his mate’s eyes. “Ahora que eres mía, reto a cualquiera a que te aleje de mí.”

Now that you're mine, I dare anyone to take you away from me.

“Are mine, to take,” Kia repeated, brow furrowing. “Translation, please. I need the whole thing.”

Curling his fingers around the nape of Kia’s neck, Suero pulled him closer and said with a growl, “Now that you’re mine, I dare anyone to take you from me.”

His balls tightened, pressure coiling in his spine, but he kept going, suppressing the urge to let go too soon. Kia was close—he could feel it. Every clench, every breathless noise, every desperate roll of those hips told him exactly how far to push.

“You’re mine,” Suero growled, canines brushing his elegido’s skin. “No more teasing. No more games. Just this.”

He thrust harder, deeper—chasing that moment when Kia would break beneath him and give in.

He needed it. His wolf needed it.

And when Kia’s body finally started to shake, when his cries turned into raw, ragged sound—that’s when Suero knew:

He was lost to his elegido. And he wasn’t ever letting go.

His mate trembled beneath him, his legs still hooked around Suero’s waist, breath ragged and fast. His body was tight, gripping Suero like it didn’t want to let go. Suero held there, not moving, buried to the hilt.

Breathe, he told himself. Don’t lose it. Not yet.

His fingers flexed against Kia’s thigh, muscle twitching under his grip. The scent of their sweat, of sex and heat and claiming, filled his lungs. His wolf wanted more. Wanted to take, to bite, to sink deep and make sure Kia never forgot who he belonged to.

But then his elegido’s voice cut through the haze.
