He squirmed and mumbled, but his mouth was covered. The closer I got with the chainsaw; the more piss was coming out of his dick.
“Perc come untie this niggas hands. I wanna take one of them off since he like to hit women.”
Perc lived for crazy moments like this. I wanted this nigga personally. I’ll let Perc and Boogie finish the rest of them. He cut the tie, and his big ass flopped like a fish.
“Hold the nigga arm out.”
Perc grabbed it and I cut that bitch clean off until Perc was holding it his hand. He passed out from the loss of blood.
“Finish this off and pour acid on all their asses. I’ll call the cleanup folks to get this outta here. Boogie once this is done, go on vacation for a lil’ bit. Perc, go spend some time with your daughter.”
I was going home to work on my family. I cleaned myself up and changed clothes before heading home. Blessyn wasn’t home yet which was good so I could burn my clothes in the basement. A few things were rearranged when I got down there. Moving the two bricks that opened the hole where I hid majority of my money, my stomach dropped when I noticed a chunk ofmoney was missing. Pushing the bookshelf over, I pulled up the floorboard to check and see if my dope was still there and all of it was gone. I pulled my phone out to call Blessyn.
Ilet Lucky’s call go straight to voicemail. My nerves were already fucked up for what I was doing but I had to protect myself and my damn son. My mama used to tell Merci and me about karma swinging back around and I can now say, I was starting to see she was telling the truth. I thought this situation was dead. It was over ten years later, and it was hitting me in the face. Back then I was only a child and didn’t have a clue what the fuck I was doing.
I parked my car at the nasty ass hotel that I used to be at. Next to me in the passenger seat was over one hundred grand in cash and I don’t know how many bricks. If this wasn’t enough to get this buried, then I was willing to die. I was far from being a dope girl, but I would watch Lucky go down to the basement several times a week to know something was down there. Atfirst, I didn’t want to know why then I started being nosy. That’s how I found out about the money in the walls and dope in the floor.
An all-black Yukon pulled up on the side of me. Every part of my body began to sweat. I thought this muthafucka was dead. Here he was stepping out of the Yukon like he didn’t take seven shots all those years ago. I didn’t even unlock my car to let him in. Slipping my phone in my bra, I shut my car off and stepped out too. We needed the space between us just in case he wanted to pop off.
“Long time no see.”
“Ain’t no need to be friendly. We know the only reason you reappearing is to fuck up my life but I want to offer you something so you can leave me the fuck alone.”
“Offer me something? Nothing can fix what the fuck you done to me. I trusted you with my life and you left me for dead.”
“We were fucking kids, nigga. We both did dumb ass shit back then. What the fuck do you want from me all these years later? I thought you were dead. How did you fucking find me?”
“You wanted me to be dead, I bet. Was it worth it?”
“I don’t have time to talk. I have a hundred grand and some bricks to make this shit even. You can flip it however you want as long as you leave me alone.”
“Blessyn you can’t think some bricks and money gon’ take away the bullet holes and scars, my nigga. I came here today to kill you or walk into the police department and tell them people the muthafuckin’ truth.”
“Tell the truth and I’ll tell all the shit you did too.”
He slammed his gun right on the hood of my car, cracking a piece of my panoramic roof that Lucky had just got fixed.
That’s not all I’m going to do if you don’t come up with a better fuckin’ solution than some bricks.”
“Can I reach in the car and get it without you trying to kill me?”
“Go ‘head but I’m shootin’ if I feel like you tryin’ some fuck shit.”
I reached in and grabbed both bags so I could show him how pure the dope was. He could break that bitch down however he wanted. My phone started ringing so I tried to ignore it but I knew if I kept ignoring Lucky, he was going to send someone to find me.
“Can I answer this? It’s my son’s father.” He waved his gun for me to answer.
“Where the fuck you at and why you can’t answer the phone? I know you ain’t at your mama house ‘cause I’m here,” Lucky barked in the phone.
“I’m on my way home.”
“Bless don’t fucking play with me right now. Where are you? I told you to stay with your mama.”
“I stayed with my mama. What's up with all the questions?”
“Nothing! You better beat me home. It’s too much shit going on and I need you home.”
“Aight.”
