“See, that’s exactly what I was trying to get outta of you. You betta go get your girl nigga.”

I chilled with Perc for a few hours. Good thing I did because my brother had a lot of shit on his mind. I was sending Blessyn to fix shit with her family but we had issues too. I needed to spend more time with him, and I needed to check on my mama. I'll do all that but first I had to make sure my home was straight. I was willing to do whatever I had to do to put a smile on my woman’s face.

She was asleep when I got home. I laid some long stem roses on the bed with her passport with tickets to Costa Rica for her and her sister. I needed them both gone while Perc and I moved some shit around and got rid of a few problems. I let her rest while I went to my theater room and rolled a blunt whileI watched Snowfall. After smoking my blunt I ended up falling asleep but was awakened by Blessyn's wet mouth.

I grabbed the back of her head and eased her back and forth at the pace I wanted her to go. She did it just like I loved it. Slow with a lot of spit. I played with her titties and she tickled the back of her throat with my dick. As my nut started to rush to the top of my dick, I pushed her off and ripped her panties off as my dick spit all over my seat. Flipping her on her back, I planted my face right between her legs. Blessyn was already wet when I ran my tongue over her sweet spot. Inserting two fingers, I played with her g-spot as I sucked on her clit. Within five minutes she was screaming my name and scratching up my shoulders.

She had my dick so rocked up that I slid right in her wetness. I had to get this shit before her stomach started taking up space. Pushing her legs back to her ears, I did push up in her pussy until it started farting and spitting. I had to hurry up and marry her. Fuck all that wedding shit she was talking about. We were getting married after I bust this nut.

“What you about to do?” I asked her as she got dressed.

“I guess go call my sister so she can pack her bags.”

“Y’all not leaving for another four days.”

“We gotta shop though.”

“Check this out, I wanna get married like right now. I’ll call my brother and you call your sister. You can call your mama and daddy too, I don’t give a fuck the courthouse don’t close for another three hours.”

“Nah, fuck my daddy. I’ll call Merci to meet us there but let me shower real quick.”

“I’m glad you in a better mood.”

“A trip to Costa Rica has that effect on me.”

“I bet it do,” I slapped her ass.

I picked my phone up to dial Perc’s number. “Aye, meet me at the courthouse. A nigga ‘bout to get married.”

Seeing my brother in his nice ass Versace pants suit made me want to get married for just a split. Nothing made me happier than to see Blessyn happy. I loved her like she was my sister and now she was about to be just that. She had a nice pregnant glow on her and even with the small weight gain, she looked good. The way they stared into each other eyes made you feel the love between them. I was glad I was able to be here to witness it. The doors of the private room we were in opened and in walked Merci.

My whole mood changed when she walked in. I hadn’t seen this bitch in months. I cut off my communication with her and stopped following her on social media. I would randomly hear shit she was doing on social media to get attention, but I wasn’t taking the damn bait. Merci played too many cat and mousegames, and I didn’t have time for the shit. Unlike her sister, she hadn’t gain one damn pound. She was still her normal slim, thick self. Her pretty red ass waltzed in with those deep ass dimples that showed up without her smiling. I hated her ass.

She kept her eyes on her sister the whole time they were saying their vows. I stared at her just thinking about all the shit we did when we were together. From the day I met her, we clicked but something told me not to get involved with her when she started telling me the shit she did for a living. Who was I to judge her? We all had our problems, and she wasn’t just giving the shit up if you ain’t have no money. I was the only nigga she let smash, and she not ask for nothing. That’s how I knew she was feeling me. I made sure she was straight though. Without her asking, I gave her whatever she wanted and then some.

The only reason I hadn’t walked out of this room was off the strength of my brother and Blessyn. When they kissed, Merci finally looked at me and I wanted to break her neck for fucking with my heart. She was carrying another nigga baby and had the nerve to beg me to stay with her. I missed her like hell, but my heart had never been broken until I got with her. I became more violent and careless.

“Nigga thank you for being here for me. Mama gon’ kill me but it was last minute. We’ll do something big later. I see you staring at your girl. Why won’t you go say something?”

“Nah, I’m good.”

“There may not be a next time.”

“And I’ll still be good,” I said dapping him up and walking off.

I was thinking she was going to stop me and beg me back, but she didn’t. I made it all the way to car without her saying one damn word. I wasn't over her and it was slowly killing me trying to keep up this act. I just didn’t want to be a fool for a bitch that didn’t know money wasn’t everything. My mind was telling me to leave and take my ass home, but my heart was making me sithere and wait for her to walk out of the courthouse. She rarely wore her real hair out in public but today she had it up in a bun with a nice bang hanging over her eyes. The big gold hoops added to her round face with the pop of sheer gloss that covered her lips.

She kissed her sister and hugged Lucky before walking down the steps to get to her car. I reached for my door but stopped myself when she answered her phone. That was my sign to take my ass home. I had work in the morning and with Blessyn taking the week off, I had to step up and make sure shit got done.

The shop didn’t open until nine, but I was there at seven to get the air on and make sure there were no issues. At eight, I was sitting in my chair flipping the television to the sports channel when Merci walked in. She didn’t speak to me as she walked by with a big box. Since she hadn’t been in the shop, it was boring as hell. She kept the shit live with her ratchet ass clients.

“Where you going?” I walked behind her as she packed.

“I’m leaving the shop,” she said lowly.

“Why you doing that? You make plenty of bread up here.”

“I don’t know. I just rather be home doing hair where I’m comfortable.”
