Tony Pierce, who was one half of the winning couple on the latest season of the reality dating showParadise Love, has been soaking up his newfound fame over the summer. Photos of him in his luxury sports cars, at fancy restaurants, and partying at exclusive events are all over his social media.
But there’s one thing that’s notably absent. News of his recently failed business venture and pending bankruptcy. Karma sure has a way of catching up, doesn’t it?
Sources confirmed Pierce was days away from securing a lucrative tech deal, which he intended to use to support his new lavish lifestyle. The deal fell through when the leaked audio clip resurfaced and investors found out how Pierce treated hisco-star Juliette Campbell. In the clip, Pierce called Campbell a “handful” and said he went on the show to boost his company.
“They didn’t want to be associated with someone who publicly deceived his partner and those around him,” an insider source with knowledge of the deal said. “The way he used Juliette and the way he spoke about her came back to bite him. No one wanted to invest in someone who lacked integrity and treated others this way.”
Court filings obtained byReality Weeklyshow Pierce is now filing for bankruptcy after burning through hisParadise Lovewinnings and losing out on the multi-million dollar deal. He’s trying to secure a spot on another reality dating show, but no one wants to cast him, according to a source close to Pierce.
Pierce could not be reached for comment.
Pierce’s co-star, on the other hand, appears to be thriving. Campbell, who also couldn’t be reached for comment, recently posted a series of photos on social media. The caption started out with “Found my paradise,” followed by a couple of paragraphs of Campbell sharing with her followers how she found genuine friendships and love this past summer. Her caption also cleared up that she was not aware of Pierce’s intentions, something he claimed earlier.
The photos show Campbell smiling with her friends, spending time out on the water, and a few selfies. But fans were buzzing over one photo in particular—a mirror selfie with a mystery man who had his hands on Campbell’s hips while pressing a kiss to her temple.
Swoon.
We weren’t able to identify the mystery man or find him online, but maybe that’s a good thing. We do have a question though: Where can we find a man like that?
