Dante will provide the file relating to Rachel to the police.
The club shall submit sworn witness testimonies.
2. GOALS
The Parties agree to make every effort to:
Build mutualtrust and friendshipduring this six-month period.
Assess the potential for continuing a long-term romantic relationship.
If unsuccessful:
Rachel will move into her own residence within the biker compound with Axel and Bee.
Rachel will be grantedfull parental rights, signed by Dante and legally notarised.
Dante will retainvisitation rights.
The Parties will co-parent, but not pursue a romantic relationship.
Both Parties may seek new partnersafterthe contract period butnot during.
If successful:
Rachel will continue to reside with Dante.
Both children will remain with the Parties, withshared parental responsibilities.
Rachel will officially become Dante’sold lady.
Dante will arrange alegal marriageshould Rachel request it.
3. TERMS
Rachel shall commit to the biker lifestyle as though she were a willing old lady and shall not attempt to leave it.
The Parties shall not engage in sexual activity with each other or with others during the term of this Agreement.
Dante shall control his mother’s conduct and prevent hostile remarks towards Rachel. In return, Rachel shall manage her temper and not provoke club members.
The Parties shallshare a bed every night.
Dante shall not track Rachel’s movements and shall respect her freedom.
Dante shall not question Rachel’s parenting and shall allow her to act on behalf of both in matters concerning the children.
Rachel shall not intrude on club matters, especially those discussed during Church.
Dante shall not reference, threaten, or use the file on Rachel to sway her decisions or actions during this period.
Dante shall inform Rachel before taking the children anywhere and provide advance notice when possible. If not feasible, he will enablelocation sharingand maintainhourly contact.
Rachel permits Dante to include Axel in club activities deemed safe.
Rachel is allowed to attend Sin, and Dante shall not interfere with or question Sin-related matters.
The Parties agree to spend a minimum ofone (1) hour dailyin each other’s company and shall not avoid one another during this period.
