“That’s it,” he growled. “Suck it like you mean it.”

One hand left his ass and dipped between her thighs and he knew she was getting herself off.

“If you come before I do, I’m bending you over and fucking your ass.”

Her eyes went wide as she bobbed on his dick.

Peter knew he wasn’t going to last much longer, and he gripped her head, pumping into her mouth harder. His breath caught as he neared orgasm.

“Come with me.” His words were accompanied by grunts as he fought to hold himself back just a few seconds longer.

She moaned, and he felt her orgasm take over.

He relaxed his grip on her head and gave himself over to the pleasure. His cock throbbed in her mouth as he shot stream after stream of hot semen down her throat.

She moaned through her own orgasm as she drank him down. When they were both done, he pulled her off his cock, helping her stand, and she clung to him, her head resting on his chest.

He wanted more than anything to lay her on the bed and spread her thighs to make a meal of her pussy, but the clock on the nightstand warned him that his extra time to sleep was fading fast.

“We should get some sleep, little one. Thank you for that.”

She murmured something unintelligible, so he scooped her into his arms and carried her to bed. She surprised him by sitting up long enough to strip off his t-shirt and let it fall on the floor. “Stay with me?”

There was no way he could turn down a plea like that, so he stripped off his own clothes, set an alarm on his phone, and climbed into bed next to her. She snuggled close and was asleep before he could even turn the lamp off.

WHEN Carrie woke the next morning, Peter wasn’t in bed with her. Yesterday and last night had been an emotional roller coaster. Between playing with Darci and getting called into work, then feeling Peter’s disdain for Gina followed by the best face-fucking she’d ever gotten she was feeling a bit of whiplash. Her phone showed it was just after six in the morning. Peter hadn’t been kidding about going to work late today.

Crawling out of bed, she made her way to the bathroom and took a long shower. When she emerged from the bedroom forty-five minutes later, she found Peter at the bar, eating oatmeal and drinking his one cup of coffee. It still amazed her he kept the hours he did on so little caffeine.

“Good morning. Got any coffee left?”

He turned on his barstool and gave her a small smile. “Morning. Made a full pot just for you.” He nodded towards the counter where the coffeepot sat.

“There’s oatmeal too, if you want it.”

Carrie made a face. “No thanks. I’ll just get something at work.” After filling her mug, she sat on the barstool next to him.

“Did you want to go over everything from R I P?”

“I’ve been up for two hours and already read it all. We’re missing something. I just don’t know what.”

“Hey, that’s not fair. We were going to do that together,” she said with a pout.

“I can’t help it that you slept so late.” If he hadn’t winked, Carrie might have smacked him.

“Fine. I’ll take everything to work with me. I have to leave the building and do some interviews today. Is that going to be a problem?”

The urge to protest was clear on Peter’s face. His overprotective streak was almost cute sometimes. After a minute more of wrestling with her question, he held out his hand. “Give me your phone.”

Hesitantly, she handed him the device and watched as he navigated to the app store. “I’m putting a friend finder app on here that I can track. You get into trouble you text me immediately. Even if you think youmightbe in trouble.” He slid the phone across the counter to her with a stern expression, and she tried and failed to stifle a giggle.

“I don’t see anything funny about this, little one.” That sent her into a full-blown laugh.

“I’m sorry. You’re just so serious. I get that you’re being protective, but you’re just so damn uptight. You really need to lighten up a little.”

His eyes narrowed, and he pushed his bowl aside. “And you need to be a little more concerned about your safety. But since you’re not, I’ll do the worrying for you and see that you’re safe. End of discussion.”
