You, too.

“Oh,fuckno,” I rasp, eyes wide and wild as I pulls her head back. “Are you - Bambi, don’t youdare -”

But my hips move like it’s already done, like it’s meant to be. I rut deeper, chasing it, pulled into her like gravity just declared war.

“You’rereachingfor me,” I growl. “You sneaky little - god, youwantthis, don’t you?”

Her body pulses in answer. Her scent spills into the air - sweet and slick and saturated withyesyesyesyes-

“Shit,” I grit out, shaking, hips stuttering. “Fine.Fine.You want the bond? Thentake it. It’s yours.”

I lean in, voice rough, low, teeth brushing the shell of her ear.

“Hope you’re ready to be haunted bythisdick for the rest of your life.”

She laughs - a breathless, ruined sound - and then it hits.

Not lightning. Not a spark.

A tidal fucking wave.

The bond slams into place, hot and hungry and full of all the things I don’t let people see.

My fear. My hunger. The insane, unshakable way I love.

All of it, pouring into her like it’s never belonged anywhere else.

“Fuck,” I groan, forehead to the back of her neck. “I’m gonna be insufferable after this.”

“You already are,” she breathes, still half-laughing, half-crying.

“But now I’ve got proof,” I grin, feral and wrecked. “Get ready for a lifetime of bad jokes and inappropriate touching, Bambi.”

“Absolutely not,” Ash grits out from behind us. “I will sedate you.”

“Too late!” I crow. “She claimed the chaos - she can’t return it now!”

“You are unbearable,” Theo groans.

“You’re just mad she bonded me before your golden-boy ass,” I fire back. “Try being fun next time.”

“Try being less of a walking liability,” Ash interrupts before Theo can retort, his voice like cut glass. “This isn’t a frat house.”

I glance over my shoulder with the smuggest grin I’ve ever worn in my life.

“Ash, babycakes, you’re starting to sound an awful lot like Lucian -”

And that’s when she clenches.

Tight. Uncontrollable. Full-body jolt.

Like the name alone did it.

I freeze. So does Ash.

And then I grin like the devil with a new toy.

“Well, well,” I purr. “Looks like someone’s name gets her all tight and twitchy.”
