“You’re so beautiful when you come.” I reach my hand between us and wrap his cock up in a tight grip. “Show me how beautiful you are.”
“Turo!” Cam arches his back and comes, shooting his spend across my hand and belly. Kai follows right after with a groan, unable to hold back. We freeze for a moment, a tableau of perfect pleasure, before Kai finally pulls out and Cam collapses into a heavy heap on top of me.
“Oof.”
“Your fault,” Cam slurs against my neck.
It takes a long moment before any of us can move.
Cleaning up happens fast, and then there’s three of us in this massive bed, with me in the middle. It’s surprisingly comfortable, being the target of two men and their urge to cuddle.
“You’re going to defy my father, then?” Cam finally says.
“Hmm?” I’m too fucked out to follow.
“He said that he expected you to come back and serve Zephyth after Kai and I got to Huridell.”
I huff. “And look how well that turned out.”
“Turo.” Cam lifts his head and looks at me gravely. “I’m serious. No matter how relieved he is to have us back, he is still the king of our city, and his expectations still stand. Are you going to defy him to stay with me and Kai?”
“Yes.” I already know I can’t keep my promise to the king, not even if it makes me faithless in his eyes. “I will. Iam.”
My place is with Turo and Kai. Wherever they go, I will follow. With Embros gone and the winds returned, leaving our lands open to more exploration than ever before, I’m sure there will be many adventures coming our way. I’ll be with my men, not just to keep their hides out of trouble, but to revel in and grow the bonds we now share.
A rumbling laugh resonates against my back. “Good. We’ll need you when we head out to confront my father and take control of Huridell.”
“Oh, is that what we’re doing next?” I ask. “I thought we’d be going back to investigate more of Inarime.”
“I already asked, butapparentlyKai just can’t wait to depose his father and take control of the city, seeing as how Anarx has already proven he’s willing to kill his own soldiers to get what he wants,” Cam says, not quite managing to sound put-upon. “And then there’s rebuilding Traveler’s Ease, getting regular caravans going between cities again, setting up new trade agreements with Antasa, making sure Kamor isn’t about to come after us for killing their despot, ensuring that Zephyth doesn’t have a crisis of faith in the wake of Ophiucas leaving for the first time in two decades…”
“You’re right,” I say. “Inarime can wait.”
“But it won’t have to for long.” Kai and I turn to look at Cam, only to find him grinning manically. “Wait until you see what I’ve got planned to get us across the plains. We’re going to goso fast,it’s going to be incredible.”
“Sounds like you’re going to tempt fate and possibly get us killed with an experiment,” I say flatly, but I can’t stay stern in the face of that enthusiasm.
Kai laughs again, louder than before. “None of us will ever be bored.”
“No,” I agree. “We certainly won’t.”
I’ll never be alone again.Cam will never be at a loss for where he’s wanted or what he can do. Kai and his people will never be forgotten and left behind as the world moves on.Never again.
Not while we have each other.
The love doesn’t end here…
