“A professional player?” Ade tugged on his shirt, using it to lead him to the bedroom.
“Not a player.” Kris stumbled along, mesmerised by the hazel-green eyes staring into his, the feathery sensation of his shirt being unbuttoned. He felt his belt slide out of its buckle and swallowed hard. He’d never been seduced before, or not this gentle undressing, and it was an incredible turn-on.
Ade took a step back so he could remove his sweater and stood, topless and smiling at Kris’s appreciative visual appraisal. Even with the bruises, Ade had been a beautiful man, but now they’ddisappeared and the scars were starting to fade, he was confident, no longer trying to hide his body. Kris could’ve looked at him all day, but Ade stepped closer again, overriding the desire to look with the urge to touch when their bare chests made contact.
“Oh God,” Ade groaned. “That feels good.” He eased Kris’s shirt off his shoulders and ran his palms up his back, stretching up as he cupped Kris’s head, bringing their mouths together in a hot-breathed kiss. Kris gave in instantly, the proverbial putty in Ade’s hands…and lips, which nibbled a trail down his chin, over his Adam’s apple and continued downwards as Ade dropped to his knees. Kris’s entire body erupted in goosebumps.
“I need you,” Ade murmured against Kris’s belly. “In so many ways I can’t prioritise. Are you cold? Do you want to get under the duvet?”
Kris shook his head. “Keep going.”
“Talking or kissing?” Ade peered up at him, his cheeks and lips a debauched deep pink.
“Both.”
“I need to get these off you for starters,” Ade said, unzipping Kris’s jeans and pulling them down over his hips. He paused and looked up again. Kris knew he should nod to let Ade know what he was doing was fine, but he was caught up in the moment and delayed too long.
“OK.” Ade rose to his feet. “Weneed to work on communicating when we’re less compromised by—”
Without warning, Kris put his hands on Ade’s cheeks and drew him in for another deep kiss, probing with his tongue and then dragging it back over the gap in Ade’s teeth. Did it count as a fetish? He wasn’t sure, but he didn’t waste time dwelling on it. With Ade’s hot palms pressed to his boxer-clad buttocks and his jeans around his thighs, he was teetering on the line between succumbing to a vague but haunting flashback and giving in fully to whatever Ade wanted to do to him.
Ade withdrew and reached for his bag, from which he took condoms and lube. “I’m prepared this time,” he said and set themon the bedside table, then sat on the edge of the bed to remove his shoes. “Like a Boy Scout,” he added and glanced up at Kris, who was standing exactly as Ade had left him. “Is something wrong?”
“I, er…” He pulled his jeans back up but didn’t fasten them. Ade slumped in disappointment. It would feel like rejection to him, and that was the last thing Kris wanted—for either of them—but he wasn’t sure he could go through with sex right now. “Have you ever heard of erotic massage?” he asked.
“No, but I imagine the clue’s in the name.”
He edged past Ade to reach his bedside table, where the massage oil was…somewhere. He found it and turned back. “Oh!” He swallowed at the sight before him.
“I’m going to feel terribly naked if you don’t strip off soon.”
“Not terribly naked. Beautifully naked,” Kris said, gazing open-mouthed. He was beyond being able to undress himself, but that seemed to suit Ade just fine, and he guided Kris down onto the bed, pushing gently on his chest until he was lying on his back, kisses landing all over his belly.
“Lift,” Ade commanded.
Kris did as he was told, breathing steadily as Ade shuffled down the bed, taking Kris’s jeans and boxers with him.
“Tell me more about this erotic massage.” He kissed a trail back up again and settled on his side next to Kris, smoothing his hand over Kris’s chest…and downwards. “Isn’t that what we did last time?”
Kris captured Ade’s hand and kept hold of it as he turned to face him. “Well, it was definitely erotic,” he said with a smile. “But it was foreplay, leading up to sex.”
“And this wouldn’t be?”
“We might end up in the same place, but it’s about the massage, exploring each other’s body.”
“OK. I think I get it. Would you like to go first? Show me how it’s done.”
Ade rolled onto his back and put his arms behind his head, offering himself up. Kris stayed right where he was.
“Problem?” Ade asked.
Kris shook his head. “I don’t actually know how it’s done.”
“I thought, as you’d suggested it, you must’ve done it before.”
Kris shook his head again.
“Is it something you made up?”
