They answered in unison as if they’d planned it.
I grinned and my heart overflowed with love. “Can we please go make coffee now? I can’t wait to give you the presents I picked out for you!”
“Of course.” Dalton rolled out of bed as Grant held his hand out to me and helped me to stand.
Once I was on my feet, he lifted me up in his arms and I wrapped my legs around his waist. I’d never get tired of him carrying me around. Nuzzling against his chest, I pressed myself closer but I could see Dalton over his shoulder.
“Can I say your name yet, Sir?” Grant asked hopefully.
“Not yet. I love hearing a title from the two of you.” He winked at me before popping his hand off Grant’s ass. “Let’s go enjoy the rest of our morning.”
I touched each of the rings, lovingly running my fingers across each one. I had been struggling for so long without seeing the light at the end of the tunnel but I no longer had to face it alone. No matter what challenges were thrown our way, we would figure it out together. My shoulders relaxed as the weight of the world finally lifted.
Two Daddies for Christmas was more than I dared ask for but Santa delivered. My Daddies would support me and help me grow, as well as heal from my grief. Being held by both of them with two rings on my left hand promising their commitment to me was everything I’d always dreamed of and more. Christmas was the time of miracles after all, and lucky for me I had two.
