Page 10 of Chasing His Bride

One guy looks back and waits. When she reaches him, they engage in a conversation.

I can’t hear anything, but she smiles and shakes her head before taking a seat on a lounger around the pool.

Her friend runs up to her and whispers in her ear.

Amber looks mortified. “No,” she mouths.

I decide to make a move, and quickly make my way to her, taking the seat beside her. Her mouth opens as she stares at me.

“I have a bottle of champagne and no one to share it with,” I say.

She nods to Harvey, Hunter, and Hudson, who are sitting around a table at the bar. “Your friends disagree.”

“Okay, I want to share it with you,” I say.

She smiles. “Now, that’s different.”

“That’s a yes.”

"Okay." Her face already gorgeous, but whenever she smiles, my stupid heart bounces inside my chest like an excited child on a trampoline.

I pour two glasses, handing one to her. “To new friends.”

“And foolish old ones,” she says, pointing her glass to her friend, who is talking to the two guys who were around the blackjack table. She holds her glass to me. “Thank you and cheers.”

I smile at that and look at her friend with the guys. “What are they doing?”

“My insane friend is trying to prove that she is crazier than my other friends.”

“Sorry?” I narrow my eyes, looking totally confused.

“We had a bet on the journey here. The losers each pay one thousand pounds to the person who does the most ludicrous thing on holiday. Apparently, I’m about to witness Charlie’s attempt at taking Bree’s crown.”

I assume Bree is the red-haired girl who was the loudest of the three.

“We’ll see,” Amber says and glances at her watch. “Three minutes to go.”

“And have you done anything crazy?”

“I won’t attempt to beat Bree. She can have the money.” I must look confused. Her face flushes as she looks at me. “Bree gave a blow-job to an air attendant on the flight over.”

My eyes pop open, then I grin. “Yep, I expect that is hard to beat, but I could help you do it.”

Amber coughs and almost chokes on her drink. “I honestly don’t need the money that much.”

“Amber, watch!” her friend yells.

Amber’s eyes almost pop out of her head. “Oh, my... what the flipping heck is she doing?”

Amber stands, her hips swaying gently as she rushes to the pool’s edge. I watch her as she moves.

Why did I find it so cute she says flipping instead of fucking?

I wonder what she would sound like if she said fuck... fuck... I need to make her say it.

Or do it...

I rush off my chair and join her as her friend removes her clothes. She lowers one hand and covers between her thighs as her other hand covers her tits. The two guys strip off at the same time.
